I just bought a Tech Sew 5100 that comes on your ”tinny table”! You’re right, it looks a bit wimpy but is quite solid. The bottom plate is 5/16”. Height adjustable. Great video. Head plus table equals work station!
Hey Chris Fournier you might want to check out this video on the narrow needle plate set there are links in it to where you can buy etc ua-cam.com/video/wdloxyjeB1w/v-deo.html
Thanks Harry for a great video. I am currently looking at getting a 6900 and am looking at ways of reducing the footprint of the table. It looks like the Pedestal will have a smaller footprint so it might be useful to use it. In addition, the other tip you pointed out in the video about the bigger sewing area for certain items is also something to consider. Cheers.
@@wildharry3203 Thanks Harry, that is very generous. I found you details on your website. You have some great products there. I am starting to research machine option so if it is Ok with you I will call you as I get a bit more information. Cheers, Will
I have a Techsew 2750. It came on a large table similar to the big one. Where can I get a pedestal table like the one you transferred the machine to? I’m in the USA.
Hi Stryker, I think you would be able to get one from Techsew. They have the same table shown on their 5100 machine - www.techsew.com/us/techsew-5100-heavy-leather-stitcher-fully-loaded-package.html. You could also contact Bob Kovar at Tolido industrial sewing machines - www.tolindsewmach.com/ Most places offer this option table for an extra $150 when buying a new machine. Well worth I think.
Great video. You just saved me a lot of trouble and a handfull of money. Thanks
good video Im thankful you made it. I am trying to get setup with a machine like this. This will be helpful in that

The pedestal stands on casters are definitely the way to go.
I have the same machine, but I got it with the smaller table as it saves room in my workshop
this was a nice demonstration of the sewing machine. the bag is even nicer. do you have a video of the complete manufacturing process?
No sorry I don't. I am still very much a novice when it comes to making and editing videos as yet.

The CB4500 and the CB6900 are both compound feed machines, yes?
Yes that is correct. Some say triple feed and some say unison feed.

Hello, I have been looking for a table/stand like that for my consew 227R-2.. Are there any places you would recommend?
Hi, I could if I knew what country you are in. 🤔
I’m I’m the USA and looking for a pedestal table too. Where might I find one?
Hello Harry can you please recommend a company i can buy one of these tables in Australia

Does this take the same needle as the 441/Cowboy 4500?
No. The needles are nearly 1" (25mm) longer on the CB 4500 machines
Swap that out for a 205 or Cobra. Nice fix!
Both good machines for sure but not as suitable for this type of work especially when it comes to doing tight gussets or wallets and purses.
