I have never been concerned about if others have fakes and replicas, unless they are trying to pass them off as real to sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that horrible as they push brands to be innovative (the classic monogram print was created in part to fight off counterfeiting) which benefits us as design lovers.I guess I can understand folks not wanting the same bag as others, but if it’s a good *jklux* it would make sense that more people would want it, authentic or not

Hi Thanks for sharing. I just bought the *jklux* 2 days ago which was on my wish list for my occasion bag, is it worth buying this? The félicie pochette is really nice and classy and you can use it in 4 different ways, so the CA showed me the félicie from the drawer and I checked on it then I asked the CA if he can get another stock so I can compare the one he pulled from the drawer so he did. I noticed that the félicie from the drawer the leather was a bit shiny or glossy while the stock he got the leather was matt so I choose the shiny one that attracted me but I just wondered why they are different and you might have any idea. When I got home I just noticed that when you opened the envelop the back mid fold leather was a little loose is it normal when openning but when its closed its ok no problem (I didn’t noticed in the store and compare to the other one). Any advise will appreciate, I do always love watching your videos.

I always wanted a Datejust 36 with a standard black dial which costs around $7000. Maybe is it a better idea to buy a high end replica instead and save $6500 if I'm broke? What would you do in my situation? I know Rolexes are good investments but I just don't wanna spend 7k on a watch 🤔
I wouldn't say they're good investments. They hold well. If I were you, I would buy the watch if being more broke makes you work harder and smarter. If it doesn't, do not buy the watch. Get a swatch. 👍🏼
Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. No content is staged. This is how dealers deal business to business. We’ve known these guys for years we’re not just walking into random shops with a camera 😄
I think it's because they've been dealing long enough that there is trust between them, hence allowing filming for negotiations. It also promotes their business if people recognize their location. At such hard times as of late, any promotion opportunities for their business is a good thing.
Why would any shop owner relent to a deal with so many others around eavesdropping? If he gives you a deal that you’re shouting across the room, then everyone else will see weakness and demand deals too?
It doesn’t help when you show so much interest when your recording dude. Also I would never buy a watch from a box with all mixed up with others. Asking for trouble ….

Interestingly, on the *jklux* the stitching on the inside of the bag handle is more detailed than the original (and the leather is not as worn)

That’s how wholesalers and dealers do it. They don’t need to impress each other with presentation or horology, it’s just about money.
