You can insert these little quirks into your statement to add a veil of humanity that no one may refute. You cannot say “you don’t have that mental illness. You said that for attention.” A licensed psychiatrist could respond to their post saying that they don’t have it and no one would care. It’s a cheap trick to give yourself some brownie points with your audience that they’re forced to accept at face value before they’ve even entertained your accusation or statement. For that reason alone I ignore any claims of mental disabilities when people make statements unless they provide some kind of tangible proof of their claims.

I'm Mexican so I feel like I have a pass to say it, but the b slur is the word beaner. I'm half white as well, so it's a word that I've never had used against me, but it's also a word that I've never heard very frequently either. Maybe it was used a lot more decades ago, but I never heard it nor did my grandparents when I asked them about it. Though maybe they just don't remember too well idk. Either way, I don't personally don't feel offended at either of them saying it tbh. It's just a word at the end of the day and I choose not to be offended by it. I honestly don’t think he SA’d her. His reaction sounds like any guy who slept with a girl who had too much to drink but they didn’t realize it. Both of their stories about that night are very similar, with the only real difference being intent. That’s typically a sure sign that it was consensual. On top of all that, they were in a relationship already. Cmon. You can’t convince me that he violated you with this little evidence. I’m also cautious to believe anyone who constantly touts their mental disabilities when making accusations. If what you say is true, the accusation and evidence should speak for itself. Stop bringing up the fact that you claim to have “mental illness A.” You know it adds credibility to your statement and you know that no one can refute your claim. If it’s pertinent to the accusation, say it once and provide proof of some sort.

A guy I knew blew his brains out in front of his ex while drunk at 20 y/o. It's not a good idea to use alcohol irresponsibly point blank, its one of the leading causes of death. Literally most everything he says feels like it was written from the standpoint of someone who was genuinely at their wits end from having to take care of a partner with BPD.
