Mamamax is like a case study of someone who has main character syndrome and a saviour complex. He acts recklessly and irresponsibly but don’t see a problem because he thinks he’s doing the “right” thing while holding everyone else under extreme scrutiny and standards he would never apply to himself. Looks like his excuse of “saving the kids” finally stopped working and all his lies and actions will finally catch up with him.

In order to prove defamation, you ONLY need to prove that the opposing side lacks any real evidence to justifiably believe that someone is a pedophile, and then that they suffered as a result of the slander, and then put an amount on what the suffering was worth in dollars. One dude lost an internship at the white house, which could have been a successful career, had it not been for mamamaxs' fiends and cultists, not to mention the psychological damage that the harrassment caused him, his family friends and loved ones.
Mamamax should 100% face 2 defamation cases at the LEAST. the werewolf vampire guy being one of them, because if he doesn't have any skeletons in his closet and Spencer's story is just a straight up lie, they've also pretty much managed to ruin the dude's life too. And if he fucks up the defamation case, the discovery process might dig up some form of evidence that everyone on Max's side clearly lacks rn.
Also, you do need to prove malice, which in cases like this is the easiest thing in the world. I don't think there is a single human being on this planet, that you could convince that this dude wouldn't defame an enemy of his on purpose.
@mystic_scythe I don't believe you need to prove you aren't attracted to kids, since that'd be an impossible standard anyways. You just have to prove that Max has no reason to think this. He can drag Max and his sister in to testify, as they're the ones involved in making the claim in the first place, and then just butcher their credibility. That way, the only evidence they have, gets questioned since they'll have ulterior motives, and then their justification for calling him a pedophile gets nullified.
At least that's my understanding after watching several lawyers under the Depp v Heard case. The discovery phase would almost certainly unearth a whole treasure trove of bad shit that Max has said, leaving him no credibility whatsoever, and implicating his sister with that same shot credibility. If a jury doesn't believe your testimony, it almost doesn't matter what it was. In a civil case, you don't have a "beyond reasonable doubt" standard, you just have a more likely than not standard, and anyone listening to this debacle essentially always leans away from Max.

The whole story about the pregnancies and the forced miscarriages, I don’t know man. I believe she went through some bad shit, but I think there are some real problems with her story. For example did she take any pregnancy tests or did she just decide that she was pregnant. Yeah I don’t know if I fully believe her story. I do know that she was with the guy for a short time due to photos but the extent of what happened is hard to believe. I do believe her whole thing about running away from home and being mentally ill and manipulated, however the sex, the miscarriages, the luring of other women, trafficking attempt, cult narrative, and the levels of manipulation seem either false or blown way out of proportion. It's absolutely wild how this man can't avoid looking at the camera directly whenever he makes his claims. It's always off to the side, down to his table; and the moment he looks at the camera directly, he quickly shifts away. I know body language isn't really indicative of the truth, but god damn does it make this guy look more shadier.

Just wanted to say, it's important that JCS as well as other UA-camrs always mention how body language is a pseudoscience, and the reason for that is because everyone's body language is different. I am usually very disheartened to talk to people who take eye contact so seriously, because my father abused me to the point that I cannot look at people unless I am incredibly angry or afraid of them. I don't support max, heck I hated him before all this because of the overuse of Hotline Miami imagery.

I'm sorry that you went through all of that, and I can sympathize to a degree what it means regarding being afraid of engagement towards other individuals due to previous experiences.
I do have to proclaim though, *that I did state near the end of my comment that body language isn't a definitive claim to dictate one's intentions, nor did I ever state that I truly believe in it. *
My comment was merely stating that due to the circumstances that Max is in (the lies/manipulation/overall dodgy approach), his unfocused/constant disengagement w/ the viewer COMPARED to his previous videos where he's hyper focused and attempts provides this "sense" of direct communications with the viewers, the sudden lack of it is such a drastic difference that it comes off as suspicious.
While I find Max's unfocused/fidgety body language suspicious here due to his previous demeanor, that doesn't mean that I find other individuals who can't maintain eye contact as "weird" or "suspicious" or "threatening" without context; because that would be downright insane.
Again, I sympathize with your struggles, but I hope you also realize that people out there do understand nuances and can read notions between the lines.

It wouldn’t make sense for law-enforcement to show their hand/let the people know that they’re suspicious of them before they have enough evidence to actually arrest them. Another thing to be on the lookout for in these investigation is that it takes a team of people. If one or two person is trying to spearhead it and take all the credit, be suspicious of that person

As a survivor the reason u can’t just outright take the law onto urself is because people lie, people don’t do anything correctly, in America each state has a different law and there’s a time limit on reporting unlike in the uk where I live there’s no limit to report, plus the more witnesses the more time it takes to gather evidence and making sure it’s not slander. He can’t just call him a groomer without more than one girl coming forward and evidence but even then it might be too late to go to court due to the laws the USA have.
