I was just looking at your vid from a year ago ttying to decide if i should grind the aj37, must be a sign!
You should, the grind is pain but it’s such a fun plane
This Plane is so big, but has so little armament. :(
Was meant to be a fast strike aircraft so only go fast in at low altitude, strike in one swoop and then get back to base as quickly as you could
The viggen historicslly had 6 pylons
@@Viggenenjoyer The AJ-37 was only equipped with 4 pylons for weapons and 1 for the X-Tank while the later AJS-37 came with 6 weapons pylons where the 2 outer ones where for Rb24's for A/A use

Ok, I was able to use the RB75s last night because I came across a thread in a website saying that the RB75s can't be used with any other air to ground weapons. So I removed the rockets and added bombs and it worked. I see on the first clip you are using rockets. I'm going to keep trying to see if I can add rockets and use the RB75s with them. Love your content!!!

Idk if you play DCS but the Viggen has an incredible popup attack procedure that looks and feels really cool to pull off, would be cool to see you do it in WT. There's a video that shows it by the DCS Viggen module dev, here's the ID: OANvdviEoPs. I don't have the Viggen in WT but I imagine this is really easy to do cause of the AOA, this kinda stuff is hard without good AOA.

Hi, can you play CAS with the IL-28 SH?, That thing is incredibly good with gunpods and the s-5k
Whats better to use: fire rocket or fire rocket salvo?
Also I didn't know you could use the guided bomb lock as a substitute for sight stab in planes that can't use it. Would help a lot in the F-5E.
Depends how accurate you are with rockets. Fire rocket will either fire only 1 or 2 rockets per press of the button, but Salvo will keep firing them for as long as you hold the key. If you're accurate, just fire them off two at a time, if not or the rockets themselves aren't very accurate/don't do much damage (looking at the FFARs....) then Salvo would be better.
However, i would suggest using the "select secondary weapon" and "select ripple fire" key bindings. This let's you choose specifically which suspended weapon you have (bombs, rockets missiles, each different type of each etc) and ripple will let you choose whether you, in the case of rockets, fire 2, 4, 8, 16 or even 32 rockets all at once, or how many bombs you drop at once.
I feel the scattering of these rockets is RNG, so I fire 8 of them mostly.
With the next sale me maybe start with french planes, they look nice and me have high with Tanks there.

Hey Hunter, wanted to ask what do you do to be consistent in planes and helis? (what are some things you do to get the most out of your CAS, your general gameplan if it makes sense) Cause idk if its just WT or me (sometimes its me) that i just waste my CAS or get instantly destroyed by AA

do the missiles track a target? cuz for me they just lock onto a set point and hit there, not a moving vehicle.

Su-17M2 is outright garbage, Su-17M4 is alright but there are better options like MiG-27K and Su-25T

I just unlocked the RB75 and I can't get a lock. I've been testing on test mode and nothing. I have my keybinds and it works perfectly on the A-10. I can't seem to get a lock. I've gotten up close and nothing. Are these agms that bad? I haven't played in ground rb yet. It seems that I won't be using it like that. I grinded all of rank V, VII to get to this jet so I can use it as CAS, am I doing something wrong? I see that it's trying to lock, but nothing. No lock at all.
They are like Maverick A, lock ground at 23km and lock vehicle at around 3km.
in test flights i keep locking theground instead of the moving tanks, how is it supposed to see where you are aiming with this bs sight on this plane?
It is all about the range, missiles on this plane lock tanks at around 3km. Try to get close then lock the enemy vehicle.

Can you lock moving targets further than 3-2km? Because I can't.
Shouldn't be able to, the swedish Mavericks are the AGM-65A which only get ~3km track range, slightly more against already moving targets.
You can lock any location at 23km or less with these missiles, however the target must stay static if you wanted the missile to hit.

I've been trying to land on this map for weeks, to complete the Russian medal, but I never land on this map.
Hunter why are you always talking about the red square, what benefit or what does it do to help you. And i thought you could just activate it by pressing activate target point or is that what you mean you are saying in the La royale update the viggen got it?
It is the POI (point of interest), the mark that shows where the TV or TGP are looking, it can be generated with activate target point or sight stab button for planes that have CCRP only. I was showing another method to generate it with planes that don't have CCRP, like F-5E.
would you say that its worth it to grind out these trees? the weapon options for these seem so limited compared to other nations at this br range
Sweeden air tree is mid at best. It has no bvr missiles and no good cas but when the gripes comes it could become one of the best nations in the game, so yea grinding sweeden is worth it
There are more important nations to prioritize, like USA, Russia, Germany, UK and France.
Sweden is fun and the grind isnt terrible. Id say start now so when the Gripen does drop, youre almost there.

For once i'm not agree with you!^^ FOr me, Swedish have the best rocket in this game! I don't know if its because they are easy to aim for all the plane who have M49/56 or the 130mm models, but you can be sure you don't have to shoot them by 8, 4 is eneugh for a single Tank if you aim correctly and it is the case with you. I know Soviet and USA have good 130mm rockets (ZUNI, S130F), French too(T10 151 or TBA but they are bad modelised in game and have bad accuracy + dispersion but usefull for certain planes like SMB2), but not as good as Swedish. From A21, SK60, SAAB 105 to Viggen's i use them even in SQB. PS: lol nice ending
bill is a pretty fine vehicle, but the fact that you need a crew in the back to fire the missile and missile reload make it unbearable.

Sweden just does not have decent CAS planes with any real sort of armament. It's literally prolly the only nation without a 11.7 heli and CAS is just so hampered yes they do have the amazing B PLSS which I happily call the BILL Please lol makes 0 sense but I love the 122a and BPLSS those tanks are the definition of how the tanks should be modeled they are killable but not like the BVM which is so unbalanced and unfair compared to the SEP which is considered the best MBT in the world and in this game is literally a paper weight
