The AJ 37 was never meant as a CAS plane - its most important payload, its main payload, was the RB 04E - which is not even in the game.. For obvious reasons..
The A 32A´s old, heavier bombs were not carried over, since more, smaller ones were deemed sufficent for the purpose those secondary payloads were meant - trucks, fuel and ammo dumps etc.
Just some info.The AJ 37 was a Maritime Strike Fighter against Soviet invasion fleets - as its main purpose. Helping dealing with transport aircraft with air landing troops or cleaning up the invasion areas was another.
Those RB 75/Mavericks/AGM-65As were for ships as well. And that is why Sweden modded some to RB 75Ts - with a heavier warhead.
Love the new viggen I just wish it could carry more mavericks and bombs
it can carry 4 mavericks but someone started a rumor that it cant fire all 4 in the original versions, how true this is no one knows but the snail use it as a fact.
The sheet that shows what an AJ-37 can carry show 4 mavericks in it.
But mavericks seems to not 1 shoot Russian bias tanks anymore that is a bigger wtf....

After using the tv maverick’s on this plane I can say it’s kinda ruff finding targets it’s not a thermal image but black and white that blends things well on ground making it hard to find targets

Ive been struggling with getting a lock with those mavericks for a good week now since i started using the viggen in my line-up. Hope they didnt patch out that it can lock after launch at some point within the last 2 years.
Quality content. But I'm amazed that there is no AA active in the battlefield 🤣. I get shoot right away

You should try the a4e with guided bombs at 8.7, you can easily support friendly team by destroying spaa from far away and allowing friendly cas to kill everybody (just remember dont move the crosshair when trying to lock someone or it will lock the ground)

Why is the render distacne so low on the rb75 in viggen but much higher on other platforms? Impossible to find anything when tanks dont render in furhter away than like 3 km...

5:15 если верить видео в интернете, то ТВ ракеты наводятся на маленький кружок. Если в этом кружке начинает меняться изображение, то ракета сама корректирует цель, чтобы вернуть изначальное изображение. В игре это сделано немного неправильно, на какой-то высоте ракета вообще не видит цель (даже если пилот видит) и наводится на землю. Поэтому в твоём случае, это случайность, т.к. ты пустил ракету в землю, а там проезжал другой танк и его ракета позже зафисировала как цель. Также я не знаю наводятся ли они на тепло или нет.

a7d is just better at 10.3 for ground rb. ajs at 10.3 would be better with 4 mavericks like the a7d but still won't get cannons or flares/ chaff without sacrificing the mavericks. and more combinations of loadouts is needed even for this one in game. gaijin really fucked this simple thing up

I don't have it but I hear A32A is a good one, and the premium SAAB-105 as well.

the free SAAB 105 is an absolute beast now, i have insane KDR in that thing, like minimum 2-4 kills per run in ground RB, i usually carry 3 1000lb and 1 500lb (if im not wrong, the 3 blue and 1 brown) and 1 30mm cannon, it also can turn very fast as long you are under 750km/h, overall very very good CAS

how come the RB75s don't track like in your videos? I lock the enemy and shoot and they don't track at all. Am I doing something wrong?

is Sweden worth grinding? Im thinking on starting a new nation (just have USA top tier) and im between russia and Sweden, any suggestions? i reeeally love swedish design
They’re both great trees IMO, though I would go with Sweden personally as you’ll be able to grind it faster and access some fun toys quicker.
Swedish grind will be faster, but if you're looking for a better and varied top tier experience, go for Russia as being a major nation like USA guarantees that it wil be receiving new content in almost every new major update unlike Sweden.
Russian teams also win quite frequently at top tier due to all the buffs to Russian ERA and how volumetric works

@@Hunter_i86 dude hunter I be trying to launch them beyond spaa range 11-12k range and it’s like the sight is really bad and rendering tanks is bad and trying to depict what’s dead and alive with the tv sights is too time consuming when flying towards the battlefield field do u have any tips with the sights?

In War Thunder this plane has radar with normal and Pulse-Doppler modes, both are air to air.
@@Hunter_i86 no the AJ-37 doesn't have A-A radar. Only ground/sea radar.
@@lurtzy_ What is the name of radar mode? If you mean TWS that been added recently, it is air to air and it stands for "(T)rack (W)hile (S)can", similar to the one on F-14 Tomcat, sometimes it detects surface to air missiles that coming towards you while diving. It is not a ground radar.
