Only thing i am bothered is that you exactly know the state of WoW if an average player "needs" 50 Weak Auras to play normal/"hard" dungeons It should be on blizzard to tune the fights and provide all the combat needed information that you can complete it without addons. All those shitty addons that tell you what is coming when and when to step out of stuff is so weak. When i moved from wow back to ffxiv it was an eye opener how bad you become really when you play with such tools for a long time.
I am new, joined a friends guild to Veng Tank, they only need a DPS. Veng was pretty hard to be mediocre at. Havoc is kinda crazy, the opener is like 20 spells, with several cast within certain windows, and its like 13 unique spells. Arcane Mage has like 6 spe rotation. Thanks for the WA. The one i got is cool but its more of a fully templated WA for any class. I dont know how to customize it. Sounds like yours will save me. Edit: for raiding, apparently Fel Scarred is too weak for Wowhead to even post a build.

I noticed the DF version of the AFI notif WA stopped working for me (reset sound/glow + ragefire notif) going into TWW (and beta) , no change to my WAs .. did you have to update the code so that it now works in TWW ? Just wondering whether I've somehow caused it not work or Blizzard :D

However, since I only played DH in the remix event, we didn't have access to FelScarred talent tree. What abilities does Demonsurge affect? Is it important to prioritize those when they are empowered? Sorry for a newb question.

Heyho there m, Warrior main since BFA but my guild needs a havoc so much The class looks so cool but Im a Little scared of picking this new class with my small warrior brain 😭 I guess I should just try hard a few hours just to feel the rotation ?
I think the weapon is bugged or something ... I'm 80 on my DH but the weapon appear to be ilvl around 518. I have completed the quest and receive 518 ilvl weapon.
where you get those carved crests?!?!?!?! is this on the beta??? also non of the wq are rewarding coffer key shards in prerelease so how u got some???? im confused XD
Gotta be honest. Those weakauras are terrible Jedith. I was literally squinting and trying to zoom in to see wtf you were talking about when you were showing the icons for the Souls consumed. It’s so small you just wouldn’t see it in a Raid fight with loads of particle effects going on without looking around for it unless you placed it there yourself. Also you have unneeded icons cluttering up the middle of your screen like Imprison, Fel Eruption, Chaos Strike, and Netherwalk. You don’t need to see your utility spells at all times. It’s not a massive gameplay loss to just have them on your hotbars as normal. And with a good Fury bar weakauras you don’t need to see Chaos Strike because it doesn’t have a cooldown. All this Weakauras pack does is clutter the screen and make DH out to be WAY more complicated than it actually is.
So many addons. If you do PvE at high level (mythic raid) : - DBM or BigWigs/LittleWigs - Weak Aura (for some usefull things like raid tacts, custom trackers ...) - Method Raid Tool (to share notes / tacts with your raid) - SimC for raidbot and sim your characters / stuff - RCLootCouncil if your guild use it and have "masterloot" - Details (for some recap, not only your dps) but not 100% necessary All other addons are not necessary to appreciate the game and do endgame stuff
It’s only as complicated as you wanna make it. The base game is perfectly fine to play by itself. It’s improved SO much over DF into tww. Addons are almost entirely supplemental now when they were mandatory in the past. 🤷♂️ It’s so chill for casual gaming now, I’d argue the learning curve is the lowest it’s ever been.

Hoping there is a better way to get coffee key shards. On beta, you could get them from chests, etc. Hoping at full launch it will be a thing.
You'll likely also be able to get them from a lot of the Weekly event quests, World boss etc that are deactivated for early access rn

You dont need them. I get keystone master wvery season using no addons whatsoever besides a dps meter.
