I wish to see that video sooner. I had a collection of fuel pumps for my previous bike Aprilia. Those pumps broke every year or sooner and each cos like $400. Reason why I sold that bike.

Nice. Have you ever tried to reverse the motor by switching the positive and negative leads? It may loosen up what's bound up.

There was a recall to change to change the fuel pump on older K1600s. Did you check your vin#?
