I asked this not even 5 minutes ago on your site but got a "meh" answer from the chat and was just told to watch this video, which I've already done beforehand. Anyway, my question was: What are the other reasons - aside from Googling while taking the test and not answering truthfully - applicants fail the exam? Because if it's more of a "matching" test (please correct me if I'm wrong) to assess which job the applicants would fit in best, and is not a typical "school-type" exam with right or wrong answers, then why do applicants fail? Thank you!
Hello Bear Gregor! Thanks for reaching out. CBPA or Cyberbacker Personality Assessment assesses your personality if you are a good fit to be a Cyberbacker. Applicants fail if the result of their personality assessment does not match any of the available jobs.
Just passed my initial interview, and waiting for the email so i can take my assessment..
