PNB118 does have an observation deck in the spire and could be access by public.So that mean the spire is still a part of that Tower..

PNB118 does have an observation deck in the spire and could be access by public. And PNB118 is not safe at second place because the Tower M of 700++ is coming to beat PNB118 soon.
They are only building the retail base for Tower M right now. The actual tower will be built much later - maybe 10-20 years depending on the economy.

I don’t live there, but have always been interested in KL since I first saw the Petronas! I agree height is not the most important thing in a building :)

So yeah there will be 2 observation deck in pnb118, one inside the building and one inside the spire at 566m tall, the developer pnb call it as Spire Climb because you have to climb 12 storey high of stairs to reach that observation deck, pnb118 will also have world's tallest glass elevator at 500+m

There IS an observation deck in the sphere. they will be an elevator there overviewing the city. so there's definitely a function and part of the attraction. not a mere stick

there is actually two building that will be added into the kuala lumpur skyline that is the naza signature tower and the bbcc signature tower

They build the second observation inside the spire for PNB 118 in height 630m+ that visitor also can access. First observation is in 500m+ Let's just see after the Tower finish build. 👍🏻

shanghai taller if use eyes, pnb taller if use non-eyes, up to you whether eyes or not, but recommended to use eyes, because it what you see, for pnb suggested to add 150m spiral higher, and become world tallest

Steady income from rental of retail and office spaces even hotel (highest in the world) that translate to steady dividend for the investor for the long run. And the most important thing is that the building technically belongs the investor.
Shanghai tower has a much higher roof line than 118 and makes a lot better second tallest building in the world than 118

pnb118 merobohkan tingkat 30 pada tahun 2020, meninggalkan 70 tingkat dan akan menjadi kira-kira 450m.

PNB118 dirancang sebagai bangunan 103 tingkat dan menara 15 tingkat, dan kemasannya adalah dinding tirai kaca yang sama dengan bangunan itu. Dalam video ini, panel penamat ialah panel logam berlubang bulat. Tingkat 15 hilang kerana hujan dan angin memasuki bahagian dalam menara.
Alasan membenarkan angin berkomunikasi adalah wajar untuk menurunkan tekanan kerana tekanan sisi angin menyebabkan keabnormalan dalam bangunan.
Punca ia dibongkar semula selepas selesai bahagian luar menara adalah kerana terdapat masalah pada keseluruhan bangunan 3 bulan lalu dan dinding tirai telah musnah. Jadi, ketinggian menara diturunkan dan dibina semula.
