Doesn't work
So i have the playstation emulator, but I can't get any playstation games to play. Am I the big dummy, or is there something I'm not doing that is different from other ROMs?

Pro tip: don't use disk genius. Use paragon file system link. Way better and free.

Followed all the steps, but the second card isn't recognized on the right side of the screen. It' just a mirror image of the screen on the left. Any suggestions?

Do I have to do the same thing for the Rogue CFW Update file? I noticed there was an update in march this year (2021) do i just move it from my SD card onto the Pocketgo and it'll update? or does it have to go in a specific folder?

Once it's installed you select Scripts and you can format an external SD card an exfat FAT32 or another format and you can eject micro SD card if you don't feel like shutting the power off first

Do you have to transfer the ROMs over to the sd slot in slot #1? Because if I have more ROMS/apps than the 16gig card in slot one can hold it won’t work

I downloaded some wonderswan rom on my windows computer. But when the rom is finished downloading and saved, it is saved as wsc (windows script component). I wonder if there is anyway i can change the file to actual rom file which is for wonderswan.

When I try this, both sides show the original card. My second SD card doesn't show up at all, anyone know how to fix this? It's FAT32 formatted already.
DiskGenius would only copy the small files without getting a license, so I just popped the card into a usb reader and plugged it into my Synology Diskstation since it can read EXT4 and boom had the roms and apps folder copied in no time from the original card and then back to my new one with the new image on it.
Any benefit to putting your ROMS on the same SD card as your emulators? I thought that SD1 would be for Emulators and main data files. SD2 would be for ROMS only. *shrugs*
The emulators are in the folder”Roms”? Or they were installed before?
Does anyone know how to add openbor paks to the pocketgo2 I can't get it them to show up when I go to openbor on the pocketgo
Rather than copy the roms from the second SD card to the first, can't you just play the games directly from the second SD card? Copying the emulators makes sense.
You can, but in my experience it takes it a little bit longer to read the rom if you don't move it first. I don't know why or if it's enough to throw someone off, but that's just what I've noticed
Also not much point wasting a 2nd SD card. When the first one has plenty of free storage

Hi! I have a sandisk 64gb micro sd card (XC not HC) and I already formatted it to exFAT (I'm guessing should be the same as FAT32) made an apps folder inside the card and put all my opks and roms in and for some reason it still cannot be read by my pocketgo??

I’m new at putting roms on my Pocketgo I don’t know how to do it!!! Will my Pocketgo turn on after this mine is version 1.
You can get a newer version of ScummVM (GCW-Zero port) for Pocket GO V2 on the official ScummVM website (scummvm.org). It's version 2.1.0, instead of 1.8.0 and now supports games like Blade Runner.
Though, 2.1.0 is kinda broken (crashes while adding games). New version 2.1.1 fixes the problem. Also worth of note is that games with a solution higher than 320x240 (screen resolution of Pocket GO V2) don't work, which means games like Curse of Monkey Island, Broken Sword games and Blade Runner aren't supported.
Did you find a fix for the volume issue on the gb and gba emu?
That partition software is no longer free, and when I tried it via card it wont recognise the roms when I place it in the system.

I just realised after installing the cfw, neogeo emulator went missing along with others (pocket mini emulator, etc) Anyone know where i get the emulator back?

I need help. I'm using DiskGenius and I get this error message when I try to see the card content: Read Sector Error! Disk: RD1:MassStorageDevice(7GB) From Sector: 0. 2 Sector(s) Total. (Err:0). Any solution? Is there an alternative method? Thanks.

Hello, the Rogue CFW updates in the apps folder?
Is there a way to put the firmware onto a smaller card to utilize the included 32gb sd card better. Such a waste of 32gb to use for only firmware.

You should be able to run it if you have a pocketgo 2 running rogue cfw.

I need an alternative to diskgenius as diskgenius needs money and i can't find any cracked version
i recommend u to use the first method only. i tried discgenius after i sucessfully try first method. u can´t drag and drop files without registration. but the biggest turn off was my working rom files suddenley turned into 0kb "big" files - i just deleted a few romfiles which i had multiple times. than suddenley i realized all left roms in that folder turned into 0kb. i thought its a bug but they really gone and testet unplayable on the pocketgo now. i can restore them but mayby u are not that lucky if u need open a system file better try to use other software. this app is not functional at all for this purpose. also copying the files from sd to my pc didn´t work even 40% failed. useing windows 10 - i would consider myselfan old pc geek;-)
When do you make ps Vita video?
So, I loaded a rom for a ps1 game (um jammer lammy) that worked beautifully on the factory firmware/emulator, but then when I updated to rogue and added a new ps1 emu.. the game doesn't load at all! it loads all other game just fine, but not the game Um Jammer Lammy. Any help please?!
We have the same problem, i think it has something to do with the new firmware, i have to roll back to the original firmware... We all have to wait for a stable version which can play ps1 games again normally

anyone having problem with SNES?? for me on Rogue SNES shows only the name and no icon for the emulator, when try to load a rom it just comes to to rom folder agin, nothing happens. any thought??

So no Neo Geo or Mame emulator on GCW Zero? WTF dude? Pretty pissed off that I can't find these for this anywhere for custom firmware. I wish I never deleted the default firmware because at least it had Neo Geo and Mame on it.

Not correct. You just need to be able to see Linux partitions.

If u already put roms before changing it to cfw will it still keep your saves and if not how do you back up the saves
Just backup the .sav files. If you format your sd to add the cfw everything would have been deleted.

No. It hold the firmware. Which isn't the same.

I can't get Handy to work right. When I load a ROM it says no BIOS is found. I've tried multiple different copies of lynxboot.img with no luck.
I copied it into the home/.handy directory each time. I couldn't find anything else online. Anyone else encounter this issue?

Could'nt you just play the roms from the 2nd sd card instead of transferring them to the 1st sd card?
It's a bitch because you can set the directory to the folder on the sd through the stock software but as soon as you reboot the device it defaults to the rims on the 1st sd card.
Unfortunately you can't add roms to the original SD card using this app unless you pay for it.
And it costs $70.00, that's so crazy! 2nd SD card slot is only for transferring files to the main SD card, nothing actually runs from the 2nd SD card. In this case, the 2nd SD card slot is a waste of time. May as well just have one SD card slot.
1st method is the best though it's a little time consuming. Without this video guide, it could be rather frustrating trying to set this up. I managed to finally get mine working after about 30 minutes.
@@jonathonearl482 Just download a crack of that app. Works that way. And yea I would never pay 70 bucks for that, it's ridiculous

I'm cool now! Turns out it's much easier just not to use that DiskGenius software. Method one of this video works so much better using 2 of your own SD cards from scratch.

I know that PS1 games run on the pocketgo2 but ever since I updated to "Rogue" firmware, My pocketgo2 can't run them. Also any help with neogeo games? They are not on the site attached.
