Same here only knew how peaces moved. Never was able to beat level 2 computer. Gotham chess got me In to learning opinings.now I can beat level 6 .Once I learned the London every thing changed. Now I'm obsessed with watching videos all night
Bb4 was the correct move, it pins the queen to the king. If Qxb4, play Nxc2 forking the king, the rook, and the queen, winning the queen for 2 minor peices, the bishop and the knight. I really know my coordinates.
You can do knight f2 and attack the queen. If the rook kills your knight then kill the rook with your queen but the king might kill your queen so before that put your bishop on c5
I did this and he took the pawn with his bishop and then destroyed me after he checked me with his queen. That line needs evaluated better because if they take with their bishop you're likely to lose big time.
I tried the Falkenburg counter gambit to the King's Gambit following all the moves in the video in a Blitz tournament last night and lost. The problem with black's Bishop going to B4 is that white's Queen can respond with Q-b5+ winning black's Bishop. White can also play Qxb7, instead of taking black's Bishop which is also bad for black. If I am right, you might want to update this video.
I watched this great video many times. Showed my son when he got home on our board and first thing he did was castle. And I was like ummm, I got nothing, lol
That was played in the actual game. You can find the PGN in the blog-post (link also in description bit.ly/3bKO9BB). It goes like this 6...Bc5 7.d4 Nxf2 8.Qe2 Nxd4 9.Qxe5+ Ne6 10.Be3 Ng4 and Black is winning
@Timothy Coish White castled in the actual game and Black can still win with 6...Bc5 - please check out the complete game in this blog-post bit.ly/3bKO9BB
I'm not going to be attending any more chess invitational events given that the last one i was lured into apparently cost me enough money that I could have literally bought myself a brand new car and driven myself to where I arguably should have been anyway instead of left standing around freezing my ass off. My best move at this point is likely to just desist from playing chess entirely as it seems like this game is always a lose/lose proposition for me.
As a boy i can confirm that bullet is little bit difficult ... But blitz not too eazy . Because when i was starting lichess the point was 1500 . Then i just go down from 485 . Then i gained up to 756 . Im using method is Italian open chess trap
White can easily won see the vedieo at 56 second if the white bishop attack the pawn near the bishop will check mate the king because the knight covered the bishop from king

The play was Bishop to attack and pin the Queen with check. Forcing opponent to take Bishop then check with Knight attacking Queen rook and King.
exactly what i saw
@@10bodhi Me too.
What if the bishop gets eaten?
@@daisypareja4918ust move the knight to c2 forking the three important pieces
This is so incredibly smart.
For the first variation, black "sacrifices" the bishop on B4. If white takes, knight gives check on C3 and you get the queen.
Bishop b4 and the knight c2 check...
Take the queen 👑

Thank you for this video
In the king's gambit variation you say Nc3 can be met by the pin Bb4 - Qb5 check wins Black's bishop.

Exactly

I literally just saw that, man idk if any openings is good now
Hi Igor! Actually in 1st trap (Ponzi-steiniz gambit), if 6.d4 then h6 wins a piece
A tricky trap,amazing!
Why not castle after check-mate threat 1:19?? That neutralizes everything
Bb4 pinning the queen and after Qxb4, there would be a knight fork
Did I just hear Igor use the word, "dope"? 😂 How funny is that?
He said "dope!" LOL. His English is funny but his chess is deadly.
ua-cam.com/video/qWxSHkgusfQ/v-deo.html
@1:45, if Qe2 then what is the best continuation for black?
Good question
Then I think knight D4 should be the best continuation for black.
@@solomonfensico yup.. cool!
Awesome video, thx.
11:12 According to Stockfish this move is a blunder, because white can give a check with the queen and win the bishop
Can you make a video on the easiest sicilian to learn by a beginner.
Look up Gotham chess, Levy has a guide to basically every opening there is and he's a genius at teaching reasons for moves.
6:19 is Bb4
ua-cam.com/video/qWxSHkgusfQ/v-deo.html
This is what im waiting...thanks GM
You're welcome!
Bb4, because Qxb4 can be met with Nxc2+ followed by Nxb4 after any king move.
What we will play if Kf2 is played by opponent @ 2:43
Black can play Bc5+
Bb4 with pin for queen if take simple fork with night
Bishop to b4 pin the Queen to the King and after Q×b4. Hahaha...
Triple fork (aka family fork) by ♞ ×c2 + and win the Queen and game...!!!
Really amazing sir. Thank you
You are welcome!
Thanks
“Ok I got him man”. Your command of stoner parlance is par excellence.
6:26 ...Bb4. 11:15 fault - non elucidated the possibily - ...Qb5+
I learned something new wow!!!!
in the first tactic white will always castle for above 1200 rated players and its terryfying so dont play it
what if, in first trap, the white castles after your Qh4 move?
I had the same problem.
What if they castle for the first one

Pinning the white Queen for king with black squar bishop ...if white Queen takes
my bishop than I give check with my night ...am I right sir?
6:17 Pawn attacks queen, queen slides one square forward bishop attack queen trapped
thanks for the video
Welcome, and thanks for your support!
In the variation after ...Q h6, if White castles instead of g3, it would be clear advantage to White.
Most probably white will castle....
He doesnt reffer to this in the video
After white castles black moves the rook to safety maybe,? it's about momentum shift., I think 💬
Nxf7 threatening your rook it’s gone, even if you move Qh4 white can always just castle.
13. Bb4 14. Qxb4 Nxc2+

1.Bb4 QxB (forced), 2.Nxc2+ forking the K&Q & the Q is lost.
Bro I went on bullet and it actually worked in 6 seconds
This is why I always play non-standard openings lol
bishup to b4 queen cant run because check ,queen has to take .
then knight to c2 check and take queen
6:20
How exactly is the knight gonna get to b4?
Bb4 to pin the Queen. QxB…Nxc7+ to win the queen. 👍
5:39 what can we play as black if white play king d1
Bishop B4 and fork with the knight
That's right!!
thanks..nice
Can you pls say what happens if king goes to F2 because queen protects the rook and king is out so...
then you can bring bishop to C5 to move the king back to F1
What about D4 then?
@@vedantkumars3901 just capture ;)
In the 1st trap, he should castle and then it’s over?
I belief if Q goes to c3, then we can fork the Q and K with the N, after we sac the B.
How about the move without taking the Nxf7 , we can do Bxf7
Wonderful

I really like your videos can you plz show the best Italian game opening traps
Is it just me or do the links in description not work?
We had a temporary server issue. It should work now.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the solution to the chess puzzle is pawn to B4.
You refer to the f2 square as the epsilon or apsilon square?? is that right. It is hard to understand you.
The first one was BS. If the King move diagonally right and the queen took the rook. It would swap queen for queen with king out the way.
What if white castles on the first trap after Qa4 ?
Oh i got it (SO PROUD), b4, Qxb4, Nxc2+=fork

What if he just captures your D4 pawn after pushing up with his bishop
Good ..
What to do if he castles after queen H4?
I haven't come across Black's 4..... nxe4 in the 2 knights defence before. Pretty interesting.
Show the 10 traps for black
White can easily won see the vedieo at 56 second if the white bishop attack the pawn near the bishop will check mate the king because the knight covered the bishop from king
Bishop b4 then knight C2 check ..so gain the queen
That would let white take up atleast one big piece here (black bishop) with the queen for the sure white rook loss
What if queen takes in the first one
Bishop C4, an explosive move, X-raying the king and setting up a nice lil fork ;)
You probably meant Bb4? Sharp eyes!

In the first trap, if white castles, in my amature opinion.. you are screwed (i am currently screwed)
