Just wanted to say I’ve been following your programs and videos on UA-cam for around a month and a half … really pushed myself each time … along with an improved diet I have dropped from 14 stone to 12 stone .. (which in American is 196 pounds to 168 pounds)… I’m back at the weight I should be, and I’m getting stronger by the week. Huge fan of your videos, I don’t use anyone else. So thank you 🙏
I cannot afford to go to a gym and because I am a carer don't get much me time, so these resistant band workouts (even the burn!) are a life saver please keep them going. Yes, you are important to me in the UK. Love to you and your family.
Great workout! As a 58 year old woman I appreciate the straightforward moves that I can do without feeling like I’m torturing myself. I also like the peace instead of music (I never like music anyone else plays, including Apple Fitness trial). I’ve been pushing myself for years, dealing with injuries, and this is such a great alternative to stay fit. Thank you so much!
Did this workout because I couldn't get to gym since straining my achillies tendon. Great full body workout without putting strain on my leg! Thabks defo will do this on repeat
Nice workout. Moved to another country for half a year and when moving and taking your dog with you, there isn't much place in the car for dumbells, so I only took resistance bands with me
Selected this workout as part of my 30 day everyday varied workout challenge. Simple 30 mins well presented. Lost respect however having the routine hidden by your fish catches - woooooo. Keep them seperate please.
