Things to remember :
1. Your money does NOT directly go to the whale and dolphin conservation society. I'm not even sure they properly teamed up.( Edit: I have now verified wmthis with wdc and the team up is legitimate)
2. Price after kickstarter program may go beyond the $150 price point.
3. You should hit that like button...and this is totally me not asking you to subscribe..
Mine just arrived today, along with one of their dongle DAC/Amps.
They sound amazing, but I need to experiment with the filters and tips before deciding just how good it is.

I've been using these for 3 weeks and they're great - things are a little forward here and there that makes things stand out that didn't before. No sibilance, no harshness, can use them with UA-cam, PC or phone, mp3 or flac, EQ or no EQ, they sound good with anything. I use a V-shape EQ on them. They're detailed, lush, precise, emotional, bass is very separated. They're $159 USD now. It's a little heavy but unless you're exercising you wouldn't notice it. They're big and don't fit in my gfs ears. Accurate review. I use the bass filter with balanced tips.

That red filter is my way to go since I don't like upper mid range boost, i also will reduce the bass by -2db to balance it
A near 7mm nozzle is an automatic pass for me

Yep I own them and they sound great but are too big for my ear canals.
That's one massive IEM. Crazy thing for its size it's still lighter than Moondrop Kato per IEM (9.5g MP145 vs 11.1g Kato).
Pretty cool to team up with a charity org.

about the 3 filters graphs you show at 5:55 : did you kept the gain at the same level and just changed the filters or did you adjust the gain each time to match loudness at 1khz where the 3 graphs match ? i ask because silver is no black mesh filter (only the metal grill) so it lets all the high frequencies pass and red is the densiest black mesh filter so it should filter down the high frequencies) but in your graph display they have the same high frequency levels so there is a problem.
Most if not all measurements are done after checking levels at 1khz or sometimes 800hz if I'm comparing iems but all done with the same methodology and repeated every time.

I watched your video about jbl 710bt. Is it better than sony ch720n in overall audio quality.
While it is tuned very well the Sony covers your ear better therefore sealing it better.this translates to more bass presence. Also, the Sony has a bunch of other features.

My brain:
I own a S12 Pro and it has ruined other audio gear for me since planars are so good at resolution/bass speed etc , any time i go back to a dynamic driver it feels muddy by comparison and goin by the graph the Hidizs really does seem like a smoother experience for longer listening since i do end up noticing the treble spikes on the s12 pro.
yeah bought kz pr2 non mesh version bad tunned treble spike still love bass,details,soundstage and vocals recently bought simgot ew200 and feels like dynamic drivers cant match planner i hope some compony will launch well tunned 100$ planner iem

It's quite large and has a large nozzle too, so not for everyone.

Yes
MP145 has more body and noteweight than the Heyday. Techs feel similar but more substantial on the MP145. I got both in at about the same time and did a lot of A/B testing.

@Laleeee100 mp145 is not that difficult to drive so you don't necessarily need the xd05 bal2 .. but it certainly drives it well

Cheap planar can easily beat cheap DD, but in high end market DD still feels superior

The way I see it...
The best IEMs at difference price points are:
7hz Salnotes Zero/Tangzu Waner (budget)...
Simgot EW200p (around 50$)
Truthear Hexa/Dunu Titan S (50-100$)
Letshuoer S12 pro (100-150$)
Quintet (200$)...
I personally wouldn't go for any other IEM unless I'm hunting for a specific sound signature..

I am unwilling to use the term...but it depends on what they mean by holographic. Did it mean 3d ? Or that the singer feels like they're right in front of you.

I get UA-camrs talking about the same product at the same time equals paid campaign. So opinion is taken with reserves. Anyway thanks for showing product details and getting into what it mostly can and sense of cannot do.
It's not a paid campaign, though. Brands often give us a launch date and we aren't allowed to post before that. So all of us post immediately after that.

After the kickstarter program the MP145 will sell for $199, so saying that this iem is under $150 could be misleading for future viewers
Hmm interesting point. I did however compare it at the 200 usd price point a d I did conclude that it would be a good buy upto the $150 mark... perhaps I'll pin a comment .
@@imwhatsnew Just saw it listed on Linsoul for 159 USD. Glad they decided to go for a lower price, because a lot of people would find it a hard sell at 200USD.
