I'm sorry what is all of the glass work and glass door area around the garage that you don't seem to have shown in the video even though it is shown in the exterior footage
Model homes use the garage as office space until all of the lots in the subdivision are filled. Once the homes are all sold, the glass is removed and the garage is turned back into a regular space. I wish keeping it was an option!
Thought the same thing but I get a lot of calls from people who want to move to "the Detroit suburb of Brighton" after seeing it in online lists 🤷♂️ - luckily, Lombardo can build this house anywhere in Metro Detroit if someone has a lot.
No I wouldn't I really prefer smaller homes since I am older and single planning on putting up around 800 square foot home with a sleeping loft above the master bedroom suite on my 4 acre pond with its alligator
It shows the utter insanity of home prices as he walks right past all of REAL Detroit and say Pontiac where a home is maybe 100k to out where only a certain kind of people can buy and would !
Who would’ve thought we’d be saying $500K is affordable? Lol.. I’m curious if this is a paid promotion for Lombardo builders.
Right!? Prices are getting wild. Definitely not a paid promotion but maybe I should ask 😂
Can you do a video on Taylor or Downriver?
Why?
Prices should start coming down, especially2025
45 miles from the City is a stretch to call it a suburb
I actually agree but a lot of sites list it and I've had a bunch of people contact me to buy "in the Detroit suburb of Brighton" 🤷♂️

With all due respect, how is Brighton a suburb when it is so far away from Detroit?

500K is not affordable for most people. Especially with sky high interest rates and inflation.
They are building these types of homes in the Fenton area as well.
Yep! And you can build it on any lot
I've never liked open floor plans.

Not affordable for the average American
I need some help finding our forever home. What number can we call?

Howell Michigan is my top place to build a home or start a business ( Hometown of Robert Miles).
