One of the best damn dungeon and boss themes in all of gaming. No exaggeration, just sheer nostalgia, emotional impact and a damn amazing tune packed in one track.

Can’t wait for Hajimari no Kiseki. Coming down the elevator and hearing this theme only conveys how far Class VII has come and what’s at stake. No time to be somber because it ends now. Not tomorrow. Today.

Costed maybe 10 extra dollars compared to the 60 it'll cost on ENG release, and I got to play it nearly three years early. Will be doing the same for Kuro and probably all future Kiseki releases, would recommend.
Even if its not mechanically difficulty, the symbolism of this final battle is immense Characters from diverse backgrounds, at the end of a conflict that shook their whole empire, and threatened to destroy the world, coming together to destroy the very personification of conflict itself, an ancient malice created by man's ignorance and lust for power Class VII, and their allies defied fate and proved it wrong, we can grow through bonds as much as we can grow through strife
Literally one of the greatest tracks in the entire series maybe even in my top 3. The anount of hope and determination this track puts forth is amazing really fitting for the end of this long journey
I love how this theme embodies perfectly the obvious close victory of Class VII and the Radiant Wings. After all this time, all of these defeats and all of this despair, it's finally time for Class 7 to finally become true Heroes. Like the Liberl Bracers and the SSS before them, they're making history here.
I'd argue this is more Zemuria's victory theme as a whole After centuries, maybe even a millenia of being terrorised by Ishmelga the heroes of Zemuria have finally had enough. In a sense Radiant Hope is the true victory theme of Class VII. It's emotional impact and beautiful serene melody that makes me cry like a bitch everytime I hear it really hammers home that THIS is their first true victory. Wow! This song really shows that Class VII is ready to face the future and allow dawn to rise over Erebonia once again. But for some reason ... it feels frightening to face the dawn of a new future. Absolute peak ost and cover art. Love the symbolism of the cover art, as it shows the determination of Class 7 and also the conflitcs of the 2 characters (Alisa and Jusis), as they still had problems they didn't come to terms yet. Also Rean and Crow on the frontline, not knowing whether or not they would survive after the final battle, but they still bravely face to the future.
As Rean Schwarzer Speech Says.... "What awaits us beyond this door is the cause of everything. The source of the curse, and its final Rivalry." "And with it, Erebonia's most influential chancellor, the reincarnation of a legendary emperor." "Shouldering the fate of the continent would be daunting to almost anyone... ...but we're Class VII, the best there is. We can do this!" "It's time! Let's destroy this curse once and for all--and light the way to a brighter future for the whole world!" And I love this music also rean will take the final battle of erebonia.

I've been going on a falcom spree, couple of months back I bought ys VIII after searching best jrpgs whilst waiting for a ps5, best damn game I've played in a long time, after that I bought every ys game in the store, now I'm on to trails, falcom is easily my favourite games developer now and I can't believe I'd never heard of them before. I'd buy their games just for the music lol.
@@aidankenealy2231 I had almost the exact journey. Now if only the fandom wasn't shit... I bet Falcom would have an actual chance at growing their audience

I know it's Rean's game and all, but when the time came, I couldn't help but have Estelle and the Liberl crew land the final blow. Had to show that Eight-Leaves-One-Blade kid that the staff is just as worthy as the blade, just like Cassius would've wanted.

To the Future : "Hold my beer !"
@Katakuri Ryoko Crow pretty much called it. In cs2 in one of his lines. Forward to the future. I think this was the result.

Upcoming/Future Trails games OST : "Why hello there"
"To the future" was the last word in the lyrics of CS1's op (”未来へ”)
Spoiler
Ok when this played during the fight against Ishmelga, it was such a fitting theme, when everything is just on this one last battle.
Almost every member facing towards something and Jusis in the background checking his sword like a true ruler of 1 of the Four Great Houses.
Alisa isn't facing forward either
@@JRPGforlife Yeah but she's having severe family problems so we can't blame her.

The title fits the theme of the OST, since it is played on the battle to reclaim the future that everyone wanted.

I wish i was japanese so i could get my hands on the japanese games earlier. Too long to wait for the english localization
Then just use the Translation Tools and the spreadsheets. Search Cold Translation, Trails of Cold steel 4 and import the game and you can enjoy it! :)
Masterpiece🗿
I really like Fie's mature design.
Shes hot
They've all changed, but this is clearer with Rean, Fie, Crow (Since he dropped the headband, and now has light blonde hair) and Elliot
Oh boy does Hajimari have news for you.
Wait till you see her in Daybreak
Did anyone else overlook this picture because I don’t see Sara
Holy- You're right, I never noticed that!
That's because Sara's behind you giving you a hug and welcoming you back to Erebonia.
Celine ain't in the picture either. But Gaius's bird is...
Isn't that a fact? It even includes Millium asleep in her sword form (Maybe because that's classed as the old Class VII? While it's true that Sara was their instructor, she was only briefly playable at the time, she only became a playable character around the events of CSII of which the group had dissolved temporarily. Excluding Garrelia Fortress, I mean)
This sounds like a sort of winning round to me
Can we get this to a million views?
I'll play the entire saga when i got a new pc, what awaits me? 400 hours?
At a minimum lol
Try thosounds :)
actually around a thousand (search for Trails series order)
and i do recommend you to play the game according to the list too, as this whole series are interconnected
Depends, starting from Sky? Iirc my first playthrus were, 40/50/30 hours of the trilogy (using spoiler free guide for FC and SC). Then Cold Steel took 50/50/98/105. I haven't played Crossbell games tho so I assume they're around 50 hours each. Then Hajimari on top. So at the very least like 500 hours IF you use turbo mode like me lol
Depends
For the Sen arc you're looking at about 250 for average playthroughs, 400-500 if you're a completionist
For the whole series, that could be close to a thousand honestly
This tune makes me want to cry.
I don't even know what you all talking about. I've came here from Pvz Eclise - Easy Mode Trailer
Welcome to Falcom's Trails (Kiseki) game universe. This one being Trails of Cold Steel (Sen no Kiseki). Many of us absolutely love all the Trails games.

This boss theme sounds too good to the point where I need to ask. When is IV coming out to the West? :(
Prediction is around the end of this year :)
they just announced its coming Fall 2020!
Yeah, apparently if you have PS4 you'll be able to play it on fall this year. PC release is later on the 2021 though, rip PC users :(
Apparently, it releases at the end of October in the west
At 0:53 did anyone else hear atrocious raid a little bit? I think that would be cool. Ending the series as it began.

Personally I feel that Blue Destination should’ve played for the final battle against Ishmelga and everyone joins forces however this song really does convey the “this is it” feeling. And I loved this song because it did feel like this was the song to cap off the entire series.
trust me blue destination won't work.
playing that track in the true final boss fight would be like
- Playing silver will in the fight against aureole Weissman in Sky SC
- Playing unfathomed force in the fight against Azure demiguros in Ao
It just doesn't work.
D3ly ' well that’s your opinion I guess. I just remember that Blue Destination really was the perfect song to end off the civil war in CS2 when Rean and Crow fight together one final time in CS2. I feel it would’ve given a similar feeling if it played during the fight against Ishmelga
@@aquila519 You have to realise that in CS2 "Rean vs Crow" was the main storyline.
That's not the case in CS4... It got pretty much resolved the moment Crow joins the party
Like literally go look at the characters in party screen selection before the true boss. Almost all significant characters from past games are in selection; having blue destination play is simply not appropriate.
D3ly ' yeah I know that. You can play as the stahlritter, zephyr, vita, hell you can even play as the Radiant Blademaster himself. I never said I didn’t like this song, it def conveyed an epic ending. All I’m saying in my opinion because of my taste, Blue Destination would’ve been the icing on the cake.
