No worries, the method youve explained is a great way to get your first pullup. Have you tried making use of resistance bands if your are training outdoors?
@@larmfitness i am currently in a gym. i have used all bands yet i just cannot do pull ups and not progressing in assisted pull ups even. someone tell me to extend my dead hang period and try to pull up even if it is just a single rep.
@@chicken1696 yes that's a great starting point. Once it gets easy reduce the weight gradually until you're capable of doing them without assistance. Consistency is the key, you'll get there!
@larmfitness hi it's Tim Provement, I posted my video few minutes ago, I hope it's not that bad and I would like you to give as many advice as possible please to improve in the future thanks and have a nice day
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Great video. Voiceover was really helpful!
Glad you found it helpful!
2*10KG i do only 5 Reps, that is my nieuw record from Jully 2024.
Thank you !, you gave me good inspiration.
Glad to hear it's inspired you to get a new record. Keep up the great work 👍🏽
hi, do you do online personal training?
Yes!
@@larmfitness how can I get in contact?

How long did it take to finish the workout?
@@marekulc8273 These workouts tend to take around 30 minutes. I need to record a workout completely unedited.
i cannot even add weights to assisted pull ups. i plan to dead hang longer and then try to pull up regardless if it is not far.

@@chicken1696 Does your Gym have a dip station with support where you can use Weighted to help you on the way up? If not try Australian Pulls
@@larmfitness there is a dip station but right now i am progressing on the assisted dips machine.
