    If I triple the recipe to make 2 deep dish pies, will it work? I am not much of a chemist so I don't know if having 12 egg yolks in a double boiler with 3 cups of sugar would be too much.

    Can anyone tell me why when I folded the egg whites into the lemon mixture I have little bumps come up. I was afraid to overmix it because and I was afraid it would take out the airiness first time making this
