Yea the CC8 is huge right! So much room for activities! Seriously probably best for sleeping 4, I used it by myself and it was awesome. I brought a table inside and could have brought some chairs and treated it like a sunroom. Definitely takes two to set up
Congratulations, good video like it a lot! Just ordered one, and we are going to put it to its uses! So does it hold up pretty good in the rain and wind? Is it better to guy it out so that you can not have it collapse on top of you? Should I get a secondary tarp to put over the top of it?
Hey Richard, its a great tent! The included rain fly will keep the inside dry. This tent will not collapse on you, i do recommend using the extra tie down options, the rainfly has these options to tie down or tie to a near by tree whatever you can take advantage of. Ive never needed to use the tiedowns as i havent camped in winds exceeding 20mph. But I have camped in the rain with this tent and we didnt get wet. If you know its going to rain make sure you have a tarp beneath the tent and that the tarp is not larger than the size of the tent as you could create puddles between the tent and the tarp. Since this video I have bought Eureka’s actual tarp flooring they are a perfect fit
