- Today is our last full day in Pordenone Italy, so before heading to Split Croatia 🇭🇷, we show you around our Airbnb. Also, while having our daily morning espresso and hot chocolate, we receive a gift from the owner of the cafe where we had our breakfast most mornings.

As you said Joe, your time here at Pordenone went by so quickly! It only seems like a couple of days ago that you arrived there after your horrible journey which has now been put well behind you. This vlog as well as all the previous ones has captured the true spirit of Italy well with its friendly people, its cafes and restaurants and the general ambience of this part of Italy. The Arts and Crafts fair that you stumbled across was a real bonus. Did you manage to get a painting? What a great place to introduce Gift to Europe. The Airbnb that you stayed in was an ideal place for all your adventures in this lovely little town. I am a little confused as to where you are going next as you said Croatia, but the said that a friend was meeting you in Prague which is the capital city of the Czech Republic. Wherever it is that you are going next on your Grand Tour of Europe, I am sure that you will enjoy yourselves. God bless you and grant you safe passage to your next destination. 😀❤🙏

We had the best Margaretta pizza and pasta of our lives in Italy ,I guess that makes sense though.
Back in 1970 I was in the US Army in Vicenza Italy and we would take the train to Venice at least 6 or 7 times. We shared a Air Force base at Vicenza Italy. Did you ever go there? I have never returned, but watching your videos got me to thinking about Italy. I have a Thai wife now and watched some of your videos in Thailand. I am back home now in Oregon. We went back but the guy was gone. We are hoping that when we return to Italy before heading to Bangkok, that he is there again. Definitely a painting we want to have.

Did you ever see any stores that refuse to close during the "siesta" time? Seems like a lot of lost revenue for those walking off their lunches.
There are a few stores that stay open and only siesta on Sundays

We will be in Split while in Croatia. We paid approximately 32,000 baht which was about $900 USD at the time of booking. Our stay was for 13 nights. Prices will vary, depending on length of stay and time of year.
That’s an excellent price for 13 nights. Split will be fun. Thanks for the info.
The price for the Airbnb was for Pordenone Italy and that is where we spent 13 nights. We are spending 5 nights in Split and the cost was approximately 372 Euro if I’m not mistaken.
