I haven’t even started my class and am so nervous about taking the exam. Your tips are helpful and I’ll apply them throughout my class to get a head start on exam prep.
i just passed my Nevada State/National exams today and i am beyond excited to get to work. thank you so much for the tips and the strategies, your journey has been amazing and motivating🙏🏽
hey! I’m from Canada and i’m doing my Real Estate course starting this January and i’m so excited/nervous😅 thank you for the great tips! Exams stress me out so much.
Hi Kensley, just a friendly comment from San Clemente, California. Strategic Preparation (as Julieniz) will take care of the stress. I teach that in my marketing coaching biz, so presenters can eliminate stress and stage fear before a presentation. The same principal applies with taking an exam. Good luck!
New subscriber! Thank you for making this content not many people show the behind the scenes on actually going through the course and it’s struggles. I followed you on your podcast as well I hope this helps support your content! 😊
Hey Steph! I appreciate that a lot 💕 my goal when I started the channel was that I was going to be super authentic and honest about my journey as a realtor so your words mean a lot, thank you so much for the support ❤️
Thank you so much for this pertinent information Sis! One more thing, a persons school may also have some test prep stimulators/test prep tools. For instance some schools have test that show you why you got an answer wrong that way you can go back and get it correct mentally. Remember everyone, different states have different numbers and things (ie commission rates) it may be 6% in one state but 7% in a different state so be careful learning exact formulas from certain videos. But what this young lady is telling us is global! She’s showing you HOW to organize the test, based on your specific content so she’s simplifying it. God bless all current/potential test takers. You’ve got this as long as you apply yourself. ❤️🙌🏽✈️❤️
Glad I found your channel :) I’m starting my real estate career and I’m in the Riverview area near Tampa. You have lots of helpful info without all the fluff. Thank you for that 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Im moving to ny soonish and want to get started studying the materials prior to taking the actual course. What Books and course work is there? What are the names of the books?
Would you recommend both books the Florida principles, practices and law and the manual or is there one better than the other and did those book come in handy, or help you to pass the exam?
Hi chica, this video is extremely helpful thank you so much for taking the time to make it, I am trying to down load the study guide but I’m unable to, it just takes me back to the KW website.
Hi and thank you for these videos. I am in Brandon, FL and just finished my 63 hour courses. I have taken the Practice exam 4 times, passed twice failed twice.....I do NOT want to have to retake the course so I'm very nervous to commit to the final exam lol I am in the same school you used and realzie the online teach yourself was a BAD idea for me :( anyway, sorry to ramble. Really enjoying your channel. I downloaded the 2 guides you provided (thank you) Did you do the weekend course before the final for the 63 hours one? Prep Agent? ugh....what book are the percentages based on in the list you provided of percentages? TY for any help - keep up the good work on your channel!
Interestingly enough I watched this even though I'm already a licensed agent lol. Great tips though. I was super nervous but ended up passing the Texas state and national exam on the first attempt.
New subscriber here, I’ve been watching all of your videos and I am feeling really inspired. I hope to start my courses to become a real estate agent in 2021. I currently applied for a position at a local real estate firm as a disposition manager just to get my toes in the water since it did not require a realtors license. What advice do you have, if any? Thank you 💗
do you recommend prep agent after I finish my courses with real estate express ? because I'm finishing my first course but like you said its true I'm having trouble remembering .
@@kelvinn2537 I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Mason and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.
Thanks for your videos, I've been watching it for the past few months. If anyone needs help passing the Florida exam, I passed my exam on the first try thanks to the cram course from first2pass real estate school. A youtuber recommended it and I can tell you after doing it and taking the test, everything is spot on and goes straight to what goes on the test.
Passing the real estate exams is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr Albert
Every single real estate agent started the same way, no one knows everything right upfront even if you have the best training. So, the sooner you get started the more experience you will have in the long run. You will make mistakes and you will look dumb (I've been there lol) but that's how you learn... I hope this helps you 💗 don't let the fear stop you
A great account manager like Mr Michael can definitely make everybody smile, I thought it was fake but when I tried it I realized that it's real so I won't keep silent I need everyone to smile like me
I’m so grateful for a UA-camr like this

Did the school mail you the text/study books with the online fee? or did you have to purchase separately to have a non digital version?
Hello! I am in Tampa preparing for the exam! Do you still have the study materials?
Are the topic percentages the same as the Texas state exam?

Before getting your license, did u have to provide proof of a ged/ diploma?
Would you recommend both books the Florida principles, practices and law and the manual or is there one better than the other and did those book come in handy, or help you to pass the exam?
Where I can get the content overview and outline, although I am not with the Tampa school? Please advise, thank you in advanced?!
