I thought the story was pretty well fleshed out for a 3 week deadline. Unfortunately a lot of the gameplay was similar throughout the game but it didn't take away my enjoyment. I love both of TFU games and I hope we get a third (with more time to develop of course). Really well put together video!
It's nice to hear someone talk positively about this game, people go so overboard with hating on it. The first game is my favourite of the two but the second game is as good as a sequel to the Force Unleashed could have been. I might be biased because Galen is my favourite Star Wars character but I really enjoyed getting to spend more time with him. The gameplay is as satisfying as it was in the first game, and the voice acting is exceptional. For me the Force Unleashed II is just as good as the first.
Tip: Lightsaber colors do matter. I beat the game on Unleashed difficulty by having a regeneration (green) saber, which doubles your health regeneration. Escaping the gunship on Cato Nemoida and the Gorog boss battle and Terror Walker droids were likely the most difficult difficult parts of playing on Unleashed. Vader is no pushover either but once you learn to parry, you should have no problem whatsoever. A successful parry will stagger Vader and stun him for a few seconds, leaving him open to attack.
i did a recent playthrough for sw day. vader was definitely leading starkiller on because he says he can make more of him and that he should submit. but if he can just make another clone, why doesnt he just kill him? so hes gotta be the real starkiller.
This game is so good even after all these years I had to download it a play it again. Can’t go without being said but better then a lot of todays games.

Every other clone we see is insane, so I think out of desperation Vader wiped as much of Galen's mind as he could and than he convinced him he was a clone so he could control him. I think Galen instinctively managed to put himself into force stasis so that he was so close to death that Vader and the emperor wouldn't be able to sense it, and then Vader kept him in that stasis as he tried to clone him. This seems more in line with the legends continuity then Starkiller being a clone, seeing as flash cloning and the force would drive these clones insane. Just my 2 cents but that's the conclusion I came to.
This is exactly what I’ve always thought too. And now that I’ve expanded my knowledge on EU material regarding flash or Spaarti cloning, especially force sensitive subjects, there’s no way the starkiller we play as in TFU 2 is a clone. If he were, he would be just as insane as all the rest in the game and in other material like Joruus C’Baoth or Luuke Skywalker. Even the Spardii Jango clones made at the end of the war were not great. Maybe not insane, but definitely not top quality.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've played through both games throughout my 18 years of being alive. Even with this game being obviously rushed, it's still not too bad compared to others games being released these days (avengers is a good example). It's truly one of the best two games I've played and it's ashame they removed him from Canon. Hopefully we see him back soon. Great video guys keep it up!

Just finished playing both the 1st and 2nd Game for the first time in 12 years and When I tell you I couldn’t pull myself away for 1 min I am not exaggerating. The Storyline is so gripping you actually start to feel the emotion Starkiller feels. Probably because Sam Witwer is OP at Voice Acting dude really killed this performance still one of my All-Time favorite games hands down.
I really enjoyed this game at the time. But sometimes it makes me sad, because as I remember, the Endor dlc was supossed to be a "part 1", and they never released the second one, showing how the dark clone beated the ass of the whole empire on his own.

17:37 this was the last game LucasArts developed and the game was in production when Disney bought the Star Wars series. The productors and developers used all the time they had to do this game and cancelled the 3rd game after the sell of Star Wars

Are there any spin off novels or comics that tell what happens after FU2 or is this all we have in Starkiller content? I know there's a novelization of both games but aside from that is what I'm wondering.

Because even though it's Legends now before Disney bought Star Wars it was canon and we have no idea what happened between Darth Vader being captured and Luke joining the Rebellion. Also like where was Starkiller and everyone, did his Clone, Juno, and Kota all get killed or were they off in some unknown quadrant of the galaxy with their own mission. So many unanswered questions we need answers to as much as I love Jedi Fallen Order, I'd much rather a Star Wars Force Unleashed III as a Open World Game than a sequel for JFO.

What made it really great for me was that the plot was watered down to the point of not even needing to exist and the fact that the PC port of the game was almost un unplayable poorly optimised mess
People requested this? That game was terrible compared to its predecessor. The only thing better was the graphics, and not by alot. The story was bad, the voice acting was bad, the platforming was bad, and the combat was dumbed down with far too many quick time events. It was bad sequel. The first game was great. This one was not even good.
We wanted to try to take a more positive approach to this game. We are aware of the repetitive nature, short campaign, etc. Thanks for checking out the video

I'm not convinced he's a clone either, even in the game the dark apprentice robes says "the only perfect clone of Starkiller."

The original version of the first game was the true version tbh. The sequel was a sequel to the lesser ps3 version so I felt terribly underwhelmed
