If you don't plan to go 50+ miles on a charge or ride it in the rain, you'll have way more fun on the D4. I love mine. It can shred trails and climb insanely steep dirt hills.
The response time and warranty are only worth something if the company honors the warranty. I have an Emove Cruiser . . . and wasn't happy with the warranty support. If a company can't factor in warranty replacements for defective parts covered under warranty, they should change the warranty or raise prices so they can honor the warranty and continue to make money.
Always had a Ninebot Max but just bought the Emove Cruiser and it is insane I'm over 200 pounds and it will go almost 30mph and I did 27 miles on levels 1 and 3 and it only used one of five bars of battery level. Awesome scooter all around and would def recommend.
Ninebot Max is the first scooter I got and Love it but is it worth upgrading to the Cruiser. What's honestly the top speed, range is already a No brainer
I own the D5+ and it is a beast! I absolutely love it and would purchase it again. The suspension noise on mine doesn't bother me. I cut a piece of rubber from a old bike tire and zip tied it around the front cable that rubs on the suspension, problem solved. Nanrobot actually included a sanding disk for this exact problem.
I just purchased one, a minute ago and anxious about it, initially I was looking at Freefluid Mantis but it's out of stock. This one though price wise not bad, will see how this will performed and going to make a review about it too.. thanks for the reviewed..
Try the Yume line up. They prioritize range more than anything. Their Yume D4 is advertized as a 55 mile transporter and is prized at around $700. Though availability might be an issue but if you can get your hands on one, best bang for the buck. Plus their Yume Y11 Plus is a 5600W 60V 40aH which is advertized with 60-70 mile range and prized at around $2000.

I love my eMover Cruiser, but if you have a problem with it that is NOT on their easy-fix-script.... you will not get proper help even if your scooter is only 1 week old. So much for their warranty.... and so glad that my bike shop mechanic was willing to help me. Despite this.... I would highly recommend and I would purchase again. I use the throttle as a thumb-throttle, which works way better for me.
How quick is acceleration as a whole? I know compared with NanRobot it is considered slower but is it a dog or somewhat respectable? I like all the other features but a deal breaker for me is if it is slow off the line from a stop.
@@derekl544 It has a surprising amount of torque due to it's max 1600W power output. But since I have never used a dual motor scooter, I cannot compare. There are very steep roads where I live, and the eMove Cruiser takes these hills at 20mph+ and I am only riding in power level 2 out of 3.
@@derekl544 Just rode it on the highest power setting, and it will do 26 mph as advertised. My usual 11 mile route consumes @ 1V and the normal battery voltage range is between 47 -58 Volts.
@@eugeniustheodidactus8890 That is fantastic. Any other comments on workmanship quality and/or features or things that you'd improve? I like to hear feedback from a REAL world rider/owner of this scooter.
NanRobot D5 has tube tires. so if you love dealing with constant flat tires, and nightmare tire charges ( very difficult on a escooter), then enjoy. Emove cruiser = crazy rare flat tires. I wont consider any other scooter because of this + the insane range for all day cruising.
Please do a video on the correct way to change gears, especially when riding downhill. Every time a go across a bridge I put the scooter in 3rd gear, and tap the brakes if going too fast. I do this as an alternative to leaving it in 2nd gear and just free-falling & stripping the gear. There is no neutral setting to just coast downhill & use brakes to control speed. Each time I do this the scooter dies once I reach level ground.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide you're the best! I tried out the Zero 8x and 10x with Nathan from Rev Rides and they were both incredible scooters! I'm definitely getting the 8x but I want to see how it stacks up to it's competition; the Dualtron compact. It sucks because nobody has really reviewed it on UA-cam.
please make review videos on less to never heard of brands like langfeite, aerlang. might find a hidden gem on those brands. there's also this "e-10" scooter which looks very similar to an Emove cruiser
You forgot to deduct the life bar for Nanrobot getting banned from Amazon ... probably for safety issues or too many returns. Now there is no reliable seller backing this product when you have a problem with it, except for their own sketchy support.
Can you do a review of the Chaos Freeride, E scooter, I’m looking to maybe buy one in the future and would like to know lots more details on it! Thankyou👍

Do a comparison video for beginner scooters like the ninebot max, xiaomi m365 pro, levy electric plus. You have only been doing big scooters for a really long time.
Nanrobot Buyers Beware! I bought two nanrobots and they've been a pita to deal with. One didn't work out of the box. They sent a replacement and it lasted 20 miles before it stopped working. They said, ship to us on your dime and we can fix it for 300-350! ha. Funny stuff. Lesson learned! Research before buying! On to another brand for us.
Don’t agree.. you have (on your nanrobot) a kick stand. This can be removed and the decks will be exactly the same size. Also price was not concluded in this comparison (i think this is a pretty important thing to mention). Xoxo a nanrobot user😉
haha - everyone get's their opinion! The decks are actually slightly different sizes even if you remove the rear handle (I think you mean rear handle, not kickstand right?) due to the placement of the stem. MSRP is exactly the same at $1399 (although there is a coupon code for the Cruiser and the d5+ was just discontinued).
Hey chuck, love you reviews and love the channel but i am dying to get a new scooter and cannot for the life of me decide between the emove cruiser and dualtron mini, know you have not reviewed the mini yet but have you got any plans too?
The Emove Cruiser hands down!! It’s design is a watered down version of the majestic Speedway 5, now simply because of all the useful and necessary everyday features it possesses over the Nanrobot, is a winner without compromise in my book!!
Quick question : Does the Qiewa Qpower have an app to connect to on your phone?if not, do you know of any scooter with this feature that costs over £1000? Also does this scooter have regenerative braking?
Is this test in the nanrobot d5+ 2.0 new version or the old one cuz i would like to know if the 2.0 version has a better suspension unless the one in this video is that 2.0 version
Hi Guys... Can some recommend a full face helmet that does NOT make me look like a bobble head? I ride a Wide Wheel Pro in NYC and I need something more low profile and lightweight
Hi! If you're riding over 15 mph, we will always recommend a full-face helmet. If you want something that's full-face but lighter weight you could look for a downhill mountain biking helmet. They're generally not as heavy and have more ventilation, but will provide similar protection. Here's our complete guide to helmets also: electric-scooter.guide/safety/ultimate-guide-electric-scooter-helmets/ --Trina
I love the production of this review! Informative and entertaining! For me, mileage and comfort is more important than speed. 15lbs heavier on the nanrobot is not to my liking either.
I really want the Emove Cruiser, but the more I see other comparable scooters with the similar price, the more I second guess myself.
Why?
If you don't plan to go 50+ miles on a charge or ride it in the rain, you'll have way more fun on the D4. I love mine. It can shred trails and climb insanely steep dirt hills.
