  • In this beginner upper body strength workout, we focus on rotational strength! You'll work on opening the chest and getting full range of motion and mobility in the shoulders and upper body.
    Rotational strength is vital for accessing your shoulder strength, and I'll take you through a complete upper body workout to help you maximize your mobility AND strength.
    This upper body strength workout is part 2 of a series. Part 1 teaches the basics of shoulder movement so your form is on point as we add intensity.
    This workout is great (and safe!) for advanced Diastasis Recti recovery. :) Not sure if you're in advanced recovery? Leave a comment and let me know!
    This upper body workout is also safe for osteoporosis and osteopenia, with on-screen modifications for some exercises. *You'll want to keep your back straight as you rotate and forward bend. These exercises are not off the table if you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, in fact rotating around a straight spine can be very beneficial to maintain mobility of the joints. As always, please follow your medical professionals guidelines.*
