We were excited to experience the legendary St. Regis brand in Chicago, but our stay left us with mixed feelings. While there were certainly highlights like the exceptional dining at Tre Dita and Miru, the hotel didn't quite deliver the exceptional service and amenities we associate with the St. Regis name worldwide. We enjoyed our stay, but at $500+ a night, the St. Regis Chicago didn't hit the luxury mark we expected. While the staff was friendly, it lacked the personalized, anticipatory service that defines the St. Regis experience globally.
