I have my csp and video settings linked in the description of the Drift Park Orchowek video. Only thing what is different is the ppfilter which is nvrealism in this video. Chase cam I use is kirbycam at the moment. If you meant like a tutorial how to install everything just search on UA-cam about it. There is a lot of good videos already made on that subject.
