With regards to relationships, when you continually have bad luck & end up with people that treat you badly, it typically highlights that you have an issue with boundaries. You have to be secure in yourself so that you are able to seek out the right types of people (whether its friends or partners) & trust your instincts. These days people are so lonely that they will settle for someone that is not good for them. If we are attracting the wrong kinds of people that is a sign we need to do more self reflection as to why that is.

That Dior coat!!! 😍😎 What an amazing find! I love vintage fur coats, I have a few as well. Something about how it instantly elevates an outfit. I especially love when you can find one that has a monogram in the lining or a cool vintage label.

It could be that they don’t show you their true colours until they “trap” you (move in with you, make it harder for you to leave etc). If you said they were narcissists then they likely saw something you could selfishly provide for them that they wanted (ie, financial security, status etc) and put their best foot forward , or a facade if you will, until they got you to fall for them.
Honestly I love the idea with the alter ego names because it is so much easier to forgive someone when they say "sorry it was pistacio". It completely changes the mood and you can start making fun of it. I'm gonna try this with my friends too 😄

So to answer your question. If you dated 2/3 narcissists.. usually they try to win you over in the beginning. I believe the term is called "love bombing" and then once they are comfotable and know that they have you, they show their true self / colours and real personality. Remember that SOME hurt people hurt people. I’ve been there with guys that change after a few months. Ugggh The real person eventually comes out and it’s probably because for some people it’s hard first them to let their guard down right away and be vulnerable. That’s why you hear it usually takes a year to truly know someone. Happy to hear you had a nice Valentine’s Day.

I have a vintage orange/black wool tweed boxy short coat with this huge collar with braiding that belonged to my Mom from the 40s/50s. Also a black wool suit with shoulder pads, crystal buttons, and pencil skirt that belonged to my Great Aunt from like the 40s. I treasure them both. “See” you next time!

Omg the similarities about the bad ex’s!!! I would be so shocked once I noticed their true colors were so different. NOW I KNOW!!!
