If it's not on the list you should also do the Tiki Ti's Puka Punch. While not specifically called a Rum Barrel, it follows the format and reminds me of the flavors of most of the barrels. Most importantly, it fulfills the main mission, lots of RUM, in a large format.

I adjust to a 50 brix level so can't give exact recipe. But 3:1 or 2:1 will put you in range.
The 'mix' term can be confusing but it just means syrup like any other syrup
