I have had to replace the module near the rear view mirror. Now the room lights don’t come on when door opens or is unlocked or the room button is pressed. Dealer is telling me they’re not supposed to but I think they are. I have a 2014 Sorento SXL with sunroof. Do you have a video that I can take to dealership to prove I’m right? Thanks.

Do you know how to reset check engine light? Mine came on recently while on a rainy road trip (I think a sensor got wet). Engine runs fine and I would like to reset it myself and not go to dealer; it has come on before and the eventually goes away...
I have a video here on how to clear a check engine light: ua-cam.com/video/Z-da0Y6H5U8/v-deo.html You will have to purchase the ELM 327 but it's very cheap. It will clear most basic codes but not Airbag codes for that you need to watch this video I made ua-cam.com/video/y47kb1YHhUE/v-deo.html that scanner is considerably more expensive but still cheaper than what most dealers will charge you.
