On some cars like the Kia Seltos, you have to press and hold the OK button after you select service interval. Then, it’ll ask you if you want to reset it.
how do you get out of of user settings then? I'm still stuck on that screen. there's no exit option at all. PLEASE HELP!!!! I PRESSED EVERY BTTUON IMAGINABLE AND STILL CANGT GET OUT OF THAT SCREEN!!!
2021 Stinger has no options in that menu. Shows you the days and miles til service and holding down the OK button no longer resets anything. User manual says to see the dealer. Anyone know the current method, or do I actually have to go to a dealer to do this? Pretty stupid if I do.
You need to manually adjust the time! I changed it to 11 months so something would be different in the settings, saved. Then it started the countdown again. Then I changed it back to 12 months, and voila. Service countdown is working for another year
Does the car somehow notify the dealer that service is due also? I got this pop up on my vehicle and then got an email from the dealer saying to book in the service. I had driven more that year and the service was due earlier than expected.
1 year later and still helpful
OMG we couldn’t figure out what service was needed but I figured it was the oil change coming up soon - thank you so much for this
Glad it was helpful.
You are wonderful, and Men are supposed to know all about cars, ( Hahahahaha) Thank you from a very cold England 🙏
Was so simple and easy. I was looking for the same thing for my Hyundai Elantra but guess what Kia helped me out! Lol
Thank you 💜
Thank you ! very clear and you hit all the steps.
