Tofu is delicious. Had some really good tofu and rice, it was brown and slightly sweet. Straight delicious. I also had a "bean burger". That was not delicious. Straight offensive. Duality of healthy foods.

When they are completely ripe, they are black here, and yes, they can be too sweet, but it’s roughly 50/50 chance of getting one that’s a bit more sour, and those ones are delicious. I don’t know if I ever tasted white ones, but you just know they’ll be so much better from a tree, than from a plastic bag…
