I just did a reglue a couple days ago. I noticed it wasn’t perfectly aligned in one spot. Is it safe to reheat and reposition or should I start all over?
What if there is only a small portion of the shoe coming apart .. like right heel or front of shoe ..….. should I still take the entire sole off … or clean and Reglue the small area . 2inches possibly Pause . Lmk ?
When you say the soles were in the indoor set up for 2 weeks, is that cleaning and applying sole revive everyday/every other day? Or it was applied once and left alone for 2 weeks?

Have you tried leaving the foam insert protruding and just gluing the upper as is (like unlocked zoom). And let the foam compress naturally as it’s worn more and more. I bet it would feel really amazing under foot. Having it flush I feel reduces that initial bouncy feeling. But I’m just brainstorming.
I still think you guys should work on a UV activated cleaner similar to Nulife Antidote, clean the soles/uppers, steam it off, throw them in the indoor set up and BOOM, brightens up whites and deoxidizes soles all in 1 safe step. Size note, if you did end up icing the soles and they get cooked, I've been working on a solution to rehydrate old firm slippery rubber soles to bring them back and give them grip again. So far tests are a huge success, I just need more beaters with cooked soles to test on. I've seen Vicks stash of old parts, if you guys happen to have any super slippery hard soles laying around I'd be more than happy to take a pair or two off your hands for further testing of my product. 👏

We use acetone to remove soles normally.

I rather do this method because I won’t have to worry about the air units crumbling or losing air in the future also it’s a bit more comfortable.
