You just need to go to the bluetooth settings, forget the device turn off and on yur ipad bluetooth and wait for the keyboard to show up click it then follow the steps to connect it. If the light still shows there are plenty of things to do if it is not working properly
There need to be more quick, straight to the point tutorials with a real answer on UA-cam! I thought the keyboard automatically charged through the iPad, had no idea it had batteries. keep up the great work!

What if you have a logitech fabric skin keyboard that doesn’t have batteries that you can manually pull out and replace? My keypad is fully charged and yet still not working and light is not coming on
hello, is this the type+ model you are talking about? I'm having the same problem. Even though the battery is fully charged, it shuts off in 3-4 seconds when I take it off the charger. I can't find a battery slot to remove it like in the video. I wonder if the top cover comes off completely?

Great video. Loved to see your keys missing as mine looks just the same after the cat flicked a couple of keys off. I have changed the batteries. When I open it now the light is green for a fraction of a second, turns blue and them goes off, so still not working. Do you have any idea how to fix this, or do I just have to get a new one? My Logitech keyboard is covered in fabric, I don’t see any battery slot. The keyboard only works when the keyboard and ipad is flat and not when ipad is propped up. Could it be a battery issue too?

Hello my keyboard is lighting up and all the buttons on the top row so not the letters the volume ones are working and all the tab,shift,control keys are working but the letters aren’t they just stopped working and the battery light is still on.
Legit fixed it. I had figured out the batteries needed replacing but not removed the estrange sticker in the back, so very glad you included that step!🎉😂

I put in new batteries. It connects for a few minutes the disconnects. it reconnects if I open and close it just to disconnect after a minute. Any suggestions?
This worked thank you! I have a key that popped off when I dropped it, do you know how to put the key back on? There are 2 small square pieces along with the key which I can not figure out how to get it back on.
I have found that if you take the batteries out and back in again they will work. I tested this on about 30 cases. The batteries appeared dead but when I used a battery tester they were fine. Simply putting them back in made them work.
I watched you move the upper part of the case forward into the magnetic slot and when I did that the green light came on. It’s still not pairing but at least I know it will turn on. Thank you!

Man I got this technology loan (an Ipad with the slim folio case) and it won’t even connect to the iPad. It keeps saying that the Bluetooth is too slow to be paired even though the Bluetooth is already on. And I noticed that the keyboard light keeps blinking. I think they didn’t change the batteries on this case. Very annoyed at the moment because of it.
I replaced the batteries, still not working; cleaned the connectors with alcool, still not working. Any idea of anything else I can do to fix it? Thank you!

My youngest within he last year lost one of my keys. He doesn't use my tablet anymore. They have their own kids tablets from Amazon. This one was too pricey!
