The reason why it was so difficult to put ipad in is because you had stand on the back side of the case closed. If you opened it first, then case on the bottom becomes much more flexible and ipad goes in relatively easy.

Bought the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard for a new iPad Pro in June. not loving it. weighs a ton, hard to open, a pain to detach keyboard every time I want to change how I use the iPad and orientation, rubber seal around the iPad is gapping, corners are fraying, and one of the cursor keys fell off already and won't re-attach. for this much money - not a great experience.

I bought this same case for my new iPad 10 256GB (WiFI only). It was quite easy for me to put my ipad into the case. I, too, followed the instructions to insert it. But, I think I'd struggle to get it out of the case. It took me several tries to update the keyboard's firmware via the Control App. That being said, I also like the texture on the case itself. I don't mind the thickness at all. I notice that I have to make sure the keyboard is fully connected in order for the backlight to work. It occasionally connects in such a way that the keyboard functions, but the backlight doesn't. It would be nice if I could flip the keyboard fully back without it disconnecting from the iPad. That's my primary complaint. But overall, it feels more protective of the edges of my iPad than Apple's own folio/keyboard. And much less expensive than Apple's ($160 vs $250).
@@andrewisvrycool Any suggestions how you finally removed the keyboard case. I'm having a horrible time removing it, since I decided to return the keyboard case.

It seems incredible that Logitech has put this COMBO on sale calling it "compatible" with the IPAD 10TH. it's really embarrassing, from a company like logitech I didn't expect it. They are recycling the same product for IPAD 9TH passing it off as compatible for IPAD 10TH! They are freaked out!
whats the problem with that? and btw, it is different than the 9th gen case
Logitech usually makes good stuff. The MX Anywhere mouse for Mac is the mouse that my iMac should have came with and you can pair it with 3 devices.
Yep, I have the MX Master, MX Keys, and the Anywhere, somewhere.
They need to update the MX Anywhere to silent click. That way when folks yell at me over the Model F keyboard I can say at least the mouse clicks are silent.
I cannot get the actual iPad in the case at all 😭
maybe you bought the wrong model
I always buy 3rd party cases for my tablets but this one looks like it still needs a little work.
Wow - looks like a nice concept but they have some bugs to work out! Seems like a really tight fit. Also, interesting that the wrap-around doesn’t work and the firmware update failed. I guess the wrap-around issue has to do with where the connector is located. It seems very similar to the Apple case. I have always found that the Logitech cases are very heavy and bulky, especially with the keyboard attached. I won’t be buying this case since I decided to buy a used iPad Air 5th gen for less than the cost of the new iPad 10th gen. I prefer the Apple Magic Keyboard, though I wish it had some function keys. Nice review, as always. Happy Thanksgiving!
I have it for iPad 10th gen and had no problem getting it in- I followed the instructions and it took me a few minutes
Mine stopped working in 6 months I had to throw away
Logi,folio touch
I do not how you can have issues by inserting the iPad into the case ! either you do not follow the Logi instructions or are just doing so to have something negative to say about the product. I have exactly teh same case and iPad and do noat have the issue you are showing.
You need to put the bottom of the iPad in first, you did the instructions backwards.
My issue with this device is that when I type a certain characters I’ll a get different character than what I choose. I{m not impressed.
Anyone else combo touch having glitches when their ipad is charging?

@@JerrySchulze the base ipad
It’s too heavy when holding in your hands to play games
you have to put the bottom of the ipad first
That’s way too ugly for my pretty iPad!😝
Ha! what color?
cocain
You got the wrong case for the ipad. Has to say 10th gen on the front of the package
Can you stop the talking hands?
That’s an older version of combo touch.
“Logitech recommends pushing it up” continues to put it in like you would any other iPad🙄🫥
