- In late May we camped at Bullards Beach State Park in lovely Bandon, Oregon. Join us for bike rides on the beach, seals, sea caves, tide pools, local ice cream, and more! We've also been enjoying visiting lighthouses on our way up the coast and the Coquille River Lighthouse is right within this state park. With so much to see and do, Bandon is a fantastic place to include on any west coast roadtrip -- what are your favorite spots on the Oregon coast?

I grew up near Bandon and had forgotten how beautiful it is there!
THANK YOU
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. Bandon is one of the best beaches in Oregon--- in my opinion.
It’s an incredible place
Been binge watching your videos, living through you guys. I really admire your adventurous lifestyle. I hope to make that leap some day soon and get away from Pittsburgh pa and get to the western part of the country. Keep the videos up👍
The rocks along the misty beach are quite beautiful! Love your calm and laid back style. so relaxing... That's a life to enjoy.
Thank you, thank you ❤️ the rocky shoreline looked extra dramatic in the fog 🤩 what a special place
Steve and Jessie! Yes! Looks like an epic Bandon adventure.
It was so fun having them visit ☺️ good times for sure
awww Paco in the tiny daisies looked like a Hallmark card. So precious! What a beautiful place Bandon is. Thanks for the tour!
😁❤️ our sweet Paco, endlessly adorable. And yes!! Bandon is such a lovely place, charming with so much beauty
ah... its been a little while, just gonna say. you are so rad. please keep it going !
We appreciate the love, thank you! Be well! ✨✨✨
Beautiful information thanks 🇵🇰☺️
Nice looking beach! Great video guys! Loved it!
Thanks Dean! It’s such a spectacular beach!
Love the fish and artwork and the beach. We were at Cannon Beach recently and love the Oregon Coast. Enjoy!
Isn’t the Oregon coast just so spectacular! We love Cannon Beach too, hope to explore near there yet this summer 😍
Wow, the sea stars were amazing! What a neat place to be. I'm so glad that you and Brad are having such a great time going up the coast and taking us with you. I have relatives in Oregon, what a beautiful place. Don't forget to have clam chowder. ;)
It was so heart warming to see so many healthy sea stars, they are always such a delight 😍 it has been really amazing to spend so much time along this magical coastline.
It was also great to see all the seals, their gentle and fun to watch. Heart warming, a beautiful way to say it, I miss the ocean. Though the wild flowers up at the cabin this time of year are beautiful, the columbine is now blooming.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Bandon, the idyllic place people escape to, then try to turn it into the place they left!!
I go for a cup over a cone any day! Looks like an amazing beach - we haven’t really spent much time exploring this area (maybe this year?). Crazy how much stuff had landed up on that jetty, so good mention on the sneaker waves 😳 Loved the quote at the end.
Brad is an ice cream cone die hard. It’s too messy for me 😆 You are so right about the jetty, so many big logs up there. We went at a different time and a woman told us how she’d been splashed up there. It can get wild when you least expect it!
I like getting a cone, in a cup. ✌🏼
@@roberttrinies7698 now you're talking!
That is a gigantic ice cream cone 😄 Looks like a fun place to visit!
I managed to eat the whole thing too! -B
And he finished the last part of my dish 😁❤️ -M
@@WanderlandTravelers of course he did! 😂
I love the idea of riding a $100 bike near the ocean. Riding an exponentially more expensive e-bike? No way! I could see the salt spray causing serious damage. Having originally lived in California for 50+ years. Folks ride those cheap (rusty) beach cruisers along the ocean for a reason. Good luck!
It’s a fair point. But we don’t hesitate to park our rig on the beach either 🤷♀️ there’s always trade offs and we got these bikes to go everywhere on them. Hopefully with a rinse and keeping things greased we can keep it all in good shape.
@@WanderlandTravelers I love your channel. Love the bikes too!
Thank you 🙌 we appreciate your insight, it will probably spur us to be more diligent about cleaning up after a ride
The seals melted our hearts and there was Paco. Is the sand pack hard or soft?
Lou & Angie
Loved those seals 😍 the sand was pretty hard packed and since it was right at low tide we had such a wide beach to ride, the sand that never gets wet was much softer
I'm not sure where y'all are now but I'm assuming you're still in the PNW. Are y'all surviving the heatwave? Love your videos!!
Thankfully we were plugged in for the worst of it! Definitely thankful for the break in the heat, it was a little crazy
