I found Usogui by chance last year. I'm surprised it's so under the radar(last I checked anyways). Hope it gets that English release someday.

Thanks for putting Kaoru Mori's Scribbles on my radar. It's not the sort of thing I usually collect, but I'm a big fan of A Bride's Story and her art is absolutely stunning, plus I'd love to see her commentary, so I'm definitely adding it to my buy list.

I got my pre orders all ordered! I definitely want to check out Requriem of the Rose King (but that’ll be for another month). I ordered a few July releases too, but I have The Horizon, Good Bye Eri, Homunculus, The Summer Hikaru Died, Can’t Stop Curing You 4, Buddy Stories, and a few others coming. I can’t wait! I love the manga release vids they help me not miss anything ❤

It was a long wait for March Comes in Like A Lion, but Denpa did a good job with the printing. I got my copy today and it is very nice, especially for being $12.95.

Spiderman and Wolverine volumes were very interesting. I want to get Gantz at some point, but have to wait. I particularly didn't like the omnibus release of Astro Boy from Dark Horse. However, Planetes release was well done. So, I wonder how well the Gantz release is! If it is good, then I might consider collecting it. Otherwise, Homunculus felt nice, I might get it. The volume I will of course get is Sakamoto Days volume 8. That series is fantastic.

I heard you say on other videos you have to talk about all Mangas and I completely understand that. But I never hear about too many mainstream Mangas, if at all. The latest Dragon ball super manga just came out. My hero Acadamia came out weeks ago. Also would like to hear about your journey on fireforce. Just a thought, I mean no insult. With these art themes/story in manga, like Blue Period and with the new Muse title, I'm hoping that we could get an English license for Arte (set in early Renaissance Italy)!
Had no idea what Scribbles was and now I'm very intrigued. Also intrigued by Red String of Fate title. Thank you for another wonderful installment of this series, it really is a treasure.

just to throw it out there - HEAVY content warning on homunculus, super disturbing and graphic with very adult and immoral actions/scenes. The actions aren't glorified by any means, but it is still very disturbing. If you have read or watched the adaptation of Ichi the Killer, this is the same author so that should mean something for those that have seen it lmfao. Homunculus is fantastic though, just not for everyone

well, LGBT themes in manga have always been present, but now that the gay rights movement has gained more acceptance in both the west and japan, thats why there appears to be a lot more LGBT manga releasing these days
