this is Fuel Incjection system fault (FI) not F One code.
Short wire circuit connection runs CPU in diagnostic mode, and then U can read fault codes from CPU.

I have a problem on my gsf 650s. Sometimes pop out check. And i don't have any trouble with starting motorcycle and driveing. Work's fine. Everything work fine except sometime pop out check

I thought it means that the idle speed is set too low. If the idle speed is set correct, it should show -C00
