In calisthenics, I think they call that first one leg raise to inverted deadlift. Not a flashy/good sounding name though 😂
COVID is absolutely DESTROYING my fitness, literally.
I haven't been able to lift in 2 weeks, I've not been able to eat, I've lost 12lb's of muscle, and I feel super weak and tired.
If anyone reads this, how long was it before you could walk up a flight of stairs (after getting COVID) without feeling like you're going to faint?
Everyone is different bro. Took me about a month or so to get back to 80-90%
@@ricky3015 Omg, a month to feel 80%? Guess I should stop complaining. Thank you.
@@mycommentpwnz yea man. Everything felt heavy. Everything was hard to do. You get winded pretty easy. But just keep hammering and remember to ease back into it. Check that ego at the door. Your health is the most important thing
@@ricky3015 Well said my friend.
Though, I don't have much of an ego anymore. I'm too old & weak.
I used to move around the 100LB dumbbells very, very, very easily.
Now though, they feel like they're 200LB's.
