for the sweet love of Jesus Bartje Bartmans. I beg you to give me the enormous joy of being able to know where can I get this score, please. He is a composer that I greatly admire and an incredible work. that I fervently wish I could play in our chamber orchestra. Here in my hometown. Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. I would be eternally grateful. I send you a cordial greeting waiting for your prompt response. if because copyright issue you can't share this information I'll understand.
What a super piece. I can't find any recordings in its form as a string quintet, nor can I locate any parts. Does anyone know where I can get them? I have found score online
How does this sound as a quintet? I love the arrangement string orchestra/sextet, but I wonder how it sounds without bass? Like, if it still works? Really enjoy it, nonetheless.
@@camtothemax D'you know, I can't remember what I was thinking of! I think I actually meant the second theme that starts at 1'35" and I thought it might have been from the first string sextet, but I've just listened to both strings sextets and it wasn't them... if you find out, please let me know! :D
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Atterberg never dissapoints!
That violin solo in the 3rd movment is just amazing!
A superb performance of an ineffably beautiful work! It deserves to be counted amongst the greatest works for string orchestra.

Gorgeous piece! Thank you. Umm... isn't the main theme of the first movement... umm... "very heavily influenced" by Brahms! :D
I was wondering which Brahms piece you are referring to. I just cannot put my finger on it!

What does "con suono" mean. I've never heard that marking before.
Literally "with sound". So, maybe, the idea is "piano, but it has to be heard"
