Congratulations again on finishing the briefcase and the way you got it was just ICONIC hahaha! Amazing accomplishment, especially to keep going with all of those shiny birds (never doubted that you would pull this off, but I am a bit sorry that I said 'get 10 uncatchables' as a joke and RNG apparently listened xD). So far I found one instead of the starter I wanted and I haven't been really back since. Maybe one day 😆
My fav shiny you got is Piplup, since it is my preferred starter of the trio. Cheers bro, can't wait to be there for the next shiny again!! 🍻 (I also loved the stats in the end 🥳)

I played Brilliant Diamond and started out with Chimchar at January 1st, and gave up after 100 Soft Resets. The next day, I went after Turtwig, and it took me until March 11th to get the Shiny Turtwig with the total of 4,775 Soft Resets, and two Shiny Starlies.
At March 15th, I played Shining Pearl and went for Piplup. It took me until April 13th to get the Shiny Piplup with 859 Soft Resets, and no Shiny Starlies.
I'll get the Shiny Chimchar someday.

That's true! I phased a lot, but the shiny average was definitely nuts.

ive been going for piplup since the game has game out and i still havent got it this game really hates me im at 16980 resets and over 650hours 7 starleys

@@reokagro I almost gave up when I got to chimchar because he took a couple months so I just started another hunt in the mean time that’s what I would recommend I ended up getting a lugia full odds on gbc in between turt and char

@@OliverMKP I've lost my mind just checked now at 590+ hours, I just do it passively when im watching, cooking, eating etc but at what point is my game bugged or im just unlucky lmfao, been trying this all shiny run now pretty much since launch on and off /:
@@mitchb1373 Sometimes we can be super unlucky, just as we can be extremely lucky in other times. One thing I always like to point out is that the more hunts you do, the closer you'll get to odds. That's just how the math works. Which means if you're currently unlucky, you will also experience lucky ones in the (near) future, if you just keep going. Just know that your game isn't buggy and if you just keep pushing, it will shine eventually! I def have fingers crossed for you my man!!

Honesly haven't touched the game yet because i think long about what pokemon i want. I think torterra being all elder looking sells me piplup looks nice but 😭 the black looks so solid on final evolve. Sold on the earth
