AWESOME, have been waiting for the 1.4 update exactly because of this feature. Thanks for testing as it looks 80% there or 95% for my usecase ;) This is super helpful as I also do have my cam above the screen, so when doing a presentation I normally do look down at the content I am presenting, whilst looking at the camera would create a better connection with the audience. Eye Contact resolves this issue. I suppose I can now retire my teleprompter and have a more streamlined setup :D
This update made me feel good about buying a RTX card, I'm an educator and sometimes, I have to read things on screen, and I forgot to make eye contact with my students. This feature will allow me to communicate with them better. This would be awesome for those who are camera-shy too.
If you pay attention, you can noticed it when you blink or your eyebrows flex, but its pretty damn good. I just tried the software with my scratched up glasses full of glare and it does a pretty good job, but I do get the googly eye effect when the glare changes spot in my glasses when I move my head. The interesting part is that there is less glare in my glasses with Eye Contact ON and the AI does blend some of the glare back in as well.
Interesting when I saw this from the GDC the first time too. From what I watched just briefly here, is that when you blink for a longer time than is normal, the eyes shift to where you're looking and then snap back. But, it looks almost natural, like you saw something in your peripheral, or were --- SQUIRREL! Opps, sorry about that. Seriously though, this could also benefit those reading teleprompters as it would remove obvious eye movements as if they were reading. There's still some artifacts around the eye, and sometimes, your eyes looked the opposite of cross-eyed, just slightly. Might be just me, IDK. Hey, if this is their first release of the tech, it can only get better, right?
You like the Top G now, you be telling us how to smuggle Crypto coin to offshore bank accounts!!!! TOOOP GEEEEE!!!!! Ps Id love to know the reasoning behind this? Seems hilarious that they'd make a feature to skive?
@@Jsfilmz yes please. Thiis is just my junk channel. I watch a load of politics & heavy debate stuff so dont want all politics algorithmns on my animation channel. Thanks bro. Dont forget waves clarity got 1. But thats premium. Might be able to download trail???
Hey, we have a video that needs a fix on this - eye contact moves because of teleprompter being too close. Is there anyone who has this and wants to test our video with NVIDIA Broadcast AI Eye Contact? If it works, we can pay a fee.
Take a nap during Zoom virtual meetings but still appear to be awake and paying attention? Yes NVIDIA has an app for that.
it won't cover the snoring and won't answer for you. xD
But it's crazy cool, you don't need a perfectly placed prompt for your videos anymore.
I've mastered falling asleep in meetings with my eyes still open 👀
NO AI needed bro lol
@@Jsfilmz 🤣🤣🤣 😴💤

hahahaha
Wow interesting!

Is AMD Radeon have like this? or any alternative if you're not using NVIDIA?
unfortunately not
about the eyecontact option, will it still notice when I blink?
yea it looks weird with blinks they should implement auto blink feature
Cartman from South Park would use this.
LOL G*d dang it KYLE!!
I have a hp elitebook x360 1030 G2, will this work with my laptop?
Can you use this in post production? Like if I record myself, can I add this to a recording afterwards?
