They sang "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" at the Kennedy Center Honors for Dick Van Dyke. Normally, each year, it happens inside one of the theaters but that year they filmed it all outside, with each group at a different part of the grounds. This clip was taken inside so I guess they brought each group in separately?
That clip was just a rehearsal of part of what they sang for the event. They are dressed totally differently for the actual performance. They were so good, IMHO. The picture, posted later, of Scott with Dick Van Dyke was tear-inducing. I did not know, before then, that Dick Van Dyke was into a cappella and was part of an a cappella group.

I assume the stairwell takes are them warming up before a performance. When I lived in New Orleans I sang with the choir at St Louis Catholic Cathedral and went to Europe on a choir tour with them. There were several choir members who sang barbershop and they were always going off into corners to sing barbershop "tags". I even got roped in when they needed a fourth so now I know all the parts to the "Snap, Crackle, Pop, Rice Krispies" song.
Just For Now is the song you were asking about. It's an Imogen Heap Christmas song... about absolutely hating family gatherings. It's gorgeous when PTX sings it, bit the lyrics are freaking hilarious. When they released the album it was on, basically the entire group did nothing but talk about how beautiful Mitch sounded on that particular track. Seriously, though. The lyrics. Mitch gets to sing about drinking too much, getting kicked under the table by someone trying to shut him up, complain about the music someone put on, fake loving a Christmas present and on and on. And, yeah, on the official TikTok they posted each individual's Daft Punk part one at a time over the course of a week. I wish the compiler had used them all and not just the last (Mitch's) because it's really fun to watch them build it. I wish they posted more of these, but the whole TikTok is pretty fun. A lot of goofing off, participating in memes and viral TikTok trends and also posting of TikTok "duets" - where they post singing a song snippet without the lead for other TikTokkers to collab on. Kevin also does that a lot on his channel - Scott even did the duet once 😆 - and in both cases sometimes they will "react" to the duets they get back (Scott, Kevin, Scott/Kevin & Matt, or the whole group) Oh, and they were at the Kennedy Awards when they did Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It was a tribute to Dick Van Dyke. When they perform it on the show it's featuring Aaron Tviet, only he and Kirstin get verses. They've performed at a couple different Kennedy Awards... my favorite was for Tom Hanks where they did That Thing You Do from the movie of the same name. Pretty sure that performance is what started off the trend of them getting invited to perform at the White House every few years, because Obama was in the audience. They've performed for Obama and Biden... they were invited to perform for Trump but were soooo sad they were "busy" (according to a Superfruit video).
