The combination of mushrooms and spinach is extremely popular here in the States, and I could just smell the dish cooking already. This is going together on my stove soon!
This looks gorgeous, am going to try it right now (probably don´t have any (frozen) mushrooms at home though, and for sure no cavolo nero but another light colored "cavolo")!
"Curry" in India is something that is cooked as a sauce/gravy (not dry) and with a variety of spices (that are not the same, nor the same amount or number, in different recipes).
It's deconstructed in this recipe, rather than all in one addition. She has garlic, ginger, cumin, chili, and fresh coriander. The only items missing are turmeric and cardamom.
Very healthy and delicious! ❤

so glad you enjoyed
That looks absolute divine! Kale, mushrooms and spinach 3 of my fave veggies!

Cavolo Nero is one variety of Tuscan kale. Just look for a kale with similar leaf shape.
@@ClaudiaJasalavich We know. I made this recipe with verza and cime di rapa, together with spinach and mushrooms and it turned out beautifully.
I made it & it was so good
yeah
This looks soooo delicious 😊. Can I use frozen spinach? Kale is very expensive in Australia 😢…. Also not a huge FAN of Kale. What pan are you using?
