I finally beat it on expert. i don't think i'll ever be able to do this one on expert+
took me about a few days (maybe more idk) with a couple hours of practice on the different parts. had to really practice the stuff at 3:53 cuz that was really getting me.

Turn off the flickering effects and also turn reduce debree on, you wil be able to concentrate on the notes easier

i haven't been playing beat saber for very long and the only practice i used to only be able to get was once like every other week or so cuz i didnt have a quest at the time. my friend gave me his old quest 1 so I had much more time to practice.
