Baltany did a good job; the black in particular looks close to the long discontinued original. Sole thing o don't understand is why they opted for such a thick bezel.
Yeah. I agree with you on the bezel. Thin bezel is the way to go I think. But maybe they are just using whatever case they have and put in new dials. So hopefully they'll do a new case with thin bezel in the future. Thanks for watching 😎
Thanks for the review! I had the exact same San Martin but could not resolve issues with the movement not engaging properly to change the time. Most comfortable bracelet watch i have ever owned though. If the Baltany had applied indices and a thinner bezel then I'd buy it tomorrow!
Hello there. The indices are indeed printed, not applied. The watch that Gary reviewed is another 36mm model, not the same as my watch. Anyways, thanks for watching 😎
Well, I do think that Baltany made a 39mm version of these. But I'm not really interested on the dial variation on those. Anyways, thanks for watching 😎
I own the SM. One of my favourite watches. I was looking at these new Baltany vintage models but I still prefer the SM over this one. Baltany did a good job though.
Well, technically Microbrands that are producing their own ideas are the ones that we much support. But that's for another discussion I think. Anyways, thanks for watching 😎

@@Trex100Don't think so? Just thick lume?
@@niqpw No. Look at the latest "i like watches" vid. He has macro shots. Nicely applied indices.

@@NMwatch Mystery solved. Thanks for the clarification.
I would have done the same. Thanks for the great video.

Glad that you like it and thanks for watching 😎
If I was in the market for a 36mm GADA watch - this would be it. I prefer 39mm size though - like the San Martin ranger homage (SN0107)

Well, for the money I think Baltany had a win with this one. Thanks for watching 😎
MICRO BRANDS are the only ones designing watches. These days EVERYBODY is merely copying everybody else.
