Hi, my friend you have to take out the plastic trim to get to the motor you will see a metal rod that sticks out, that is connected to the motor and turn right and left, so grab a vice grip, and clamp that rod, while you press the open button try turning the vicegrip clockwise to open the two latches, and u'll se how the top goes up a little bit, and the 2 latches are in the up position I made a video of how the system works
I have the same problem but I took out the motor I tested it it working then I put it back it doesn’t work do you think I think I should get a new motor? I just saw your video and I immediately subscribed to your channel your video was helpful and I just want your advise , thank you

Yes get a new motor
Like I said on the video, the motor works outside but once is in place it doesn't have the strengt to move, so it won't move
