Those look like La Nordica stoves. We have had a La Nordica for over 10 years. Our model is now called the Termo Rossella Plus Forno. We love it. Not a stove top cooker, but a space heater with an oven. And since we so rarely use a stove top to cook, preferring backing, and in the winter a casserole "oven" in the wood burner oven works even better than stove top cooking in a pot, we rarely use our auxiliary stove top. But to each their own. And for some a wood stove cooker may be just the ticket. But I for one can heartily endorse any La Nordica stove. Well built and reliable.
    Hope this helps.
Side note: Yes, we cleaned off the warming plate on the top of our stove before using, similar to your video. 🙂

How do you maintain the top and protect it from rust?

My new stove was fitted this week and we cleaned it off. But it's lost it's shine after we light it, is that normal, do I clean it to get the shine back or will it cure.

In the food industry ol'e adage: "have time to lean" [stand idle] "then it's time to clean".

Cleaned the crap out of ours before firing and still got discoloration. Will have to try Barkeeper's Friend. 🙄
