I have that stove in a 3200 Sq foot home in alamosa colorado. Altitude is 7800 above sea level and that stove is the best. Nothing compares. That is my only heat source and we have nights that get into the minus 20 to minus 30 range. My house has never dropped below 72 through the entire home. House was built in 1984 and I installed the stove this summer. It has been Goin full tilt since October as we have been in the negatives at night. House is so much more comfortable. Josh hupe
Interestingly, we are colder in Brazil than in the USA. Our houses in the southeast region are not adapted to the cold and where I live we reach zero degrees. I put the wood stove in the kitchen, small, with only one fire burner. But the house is warm and comfortable. Take the opportunity to discover my songs on my channel.
This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.
You can make your own lock nuts by setting them on an anvil and putting a center punch on opposite sides of the nut. If you don’t have one a couple smacks on the side of the nut with a hammer will oval it out and make it fit tighter. Standard locking nuts use nylon that will melt or loosen up over time with the heat.

Thousands upon thousands of top quality cast iron cookstoves were scrapped just as soon as there was a viable alternative to our great grandparents. The mother of One of my high school classmates cooked on an old cast iron monster fueled by corncobs from the local elevator back in the day. You think these faux antiques are just what you want… until you have to use them day in and day out… on 95 degree days with 89% humidity. Your wife going to crawl out of bed and fire up the woodburner every morning just so you can have bacon and eggs? Haw!
Couple of questions. What does that bad boy weigh??and for anyone who never burned wood or coal ..what are the leftloosers emission clowns regulations??

How much is it?
Why would I need to heat my hot water?
It would be handy if the power went out. You would have hot water for dishes and basic cleaning tasks and also for cooking.

The most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life!!!

Embarrassing.
The camera man agrees
Yes I agree as well 🤗
You thought so too
wait..did you say 2 racks.
Yes two racks in the oven
thanks for clearing that up...he he
@@LADY_JEMIMA_FORTESCUE dont go there PW you can get a whole piggy in there if you take out the racks
The controls on the side is not suitable for modern kitchen units to butt up reasonably close to stove.😢
You should never have things that close to a wood stove. That's how house fires start.
God, that stove has a HUGE fire box.
As the actress said to the bishop!
😂
Man that stove isnt the only one hot. The stove isnt the only one with big racks. Also gives out alot of heet. 😊
Helo
