I'm glad the claim issue got resolved. Your version of... honestly any song from Skyrim is my favorite version! Frankly in my opinion you are the real bard of Skyrim. I've heard many covers of songs from Skyrim and they all seem like they are lacking something. Your covers are perfect and lack nothing, they are truly timeless classics (I don't even really consider them covers, I consider them the official/cannon versions) that I could listen to again and again.

I've never really commented here - I don't often comment anywhere, really - but I wanted you to know
that your music is actually the main reason I started playing Skyrim in the first place:
I first found your cover of Misty Mountains (on Pinterest of all places), and I remember being in a foul mood at the time and your music really lifted my spirits.
From there I found your Skyrim covers, went to your UA-cam channel, and at some point found your gaming channel where you were playing Skyrim.
I only barely knew that the game existed at the time and I had no real intentions of playing it, so I started watching your playthrough
(normally, I will avoid watching a playthrough if I intended to play a game so as to avoid spoilers). That first playthrough was what got me to pick up the game
(I can still hear your voice anytime I pick up mushrooms, flowers, or potions in any game I play), and I've had a huge amount of fun with it, even though it's been
a while since I last played (I do want to do a ginormous modded playthrough at some point, though).
But even though I came for your music, and have enjoyed Skyrim because of you, the main reason I've stayed and watched your playthroughs is because
you're a lovely person who is a joy to watch and listen to, and every time I see a Malukah upload it
brightens my day the same as that first cover.
So thank you Malukah, for being here and sharing what you do with us!

Thank goodness the claim was released! Your original cover song has been the background soundtrack to so much of my animation time, and your success was one of my big inspirations to start youtube. So happy to hear it got resolved. :) Both my wife and I have the same issue with music getting copyrighted, by random companies who has no right to claim the song I paid a heavy fee to have the copyright for so I could use it.
And because I am so uncertain about Google and their ability to handle it properly if I file for a false copyright claim, I always end up just un-monitizing the video :/ So I'm glad to see success stories like yours. :)

I am glad to hear that everything is back to normal! I have always loved your version of The Dragonborn Comes. And once I started playing Elder Scrolls online I had to do stop and listen in surprise in a tavern when I heard your voice singing Red Diamond. Now I can't help but listen to every bard I pass that's your voice. Your voice is beautiful.

As for your question. If you're looking for new songs to cover, I'd like to recommend The Thin Line Between Love and Hate by Iron Maiden. Based on what I've heard you sing/play in the past, I think you would enjoy it and your voice would be well-suited for it.

Congrats! Im so glad it was released! This saddly still shows a much bigger problem with youtube and the whole id system there just has to be something they can do about it but wont. Also i have a few ideas about future content: you could try some cooking videos or maybe play some games even some type of arts and crafts the choices are endless! Personally I’d love to see you do some playthroughs or stream some games, I know it’s a bit of a wild jump from music covers but considering a lot of your fanbase came from your covers of video game songs I think there’s an interest there. Also platforms like twitch are taking off as late while UA-cam is kind of slipping behind, and twitch offers a lot of great ways for creators to communicate and be supported by their fans. Furthermore, your voice is just so soothing to listen to I think your commentary over the gameplay would be just as nice to listen to as your singing
Also twitch has a platform for musicians as well, your live-streamed concerts wouldn’t be out of place over there
She did stream on twitch but stopped awhile ago,. It was very nice when she did. I am not sure if she would consider going back, but not a bad suggestion :)

I found this song as a suggestion many years ago and was immediately enchanted. Later, I found a mod that replaced the main menu music with your song, and it REALLY sets the mood in a way that feels much more epic to me with a single voice rather than a chorus. I look forward to seeing what new "something" comes as you gain more freedom from UA-cam's financial shackles. Nearly every channel I've seen do a similar reassessment/content shift has come out better for it because they don't loose whatever made them appealing to begin with, they just bring their charm to new topics or styles and it can be very refreshing and exciting to experience their unique personality and presentation in a new context.

I first played skyrim on xbox 360 in 2014. I had graduated the year before and went straight into the workforce after taking my last summer break. I ended up losing my job after 6 months due to circumstances outside of my control. As a freshly graduated kid with practically no idea what to do next, losing the first job I ever had messed with me in a way I didn't think it could. I've been a gamer most of my life but ended up fully diving into gaming with nothing else to do. I eventually stumbled upon skyrim seeing it on sale at gamestop and fell in love with it. it was winter at the time so the immersion was next level. I fell in love with the music as much as the game itself and ended up looking for overs on youtube of it which lead to me finding this channel and all the other wonderful music you've put out there. Fast forward a few years and I'm playing eso. I walk into a tavern and hear a very familiar voice and recognize it instantly. Keep up the great music!
