Twin Pedals essentially is a more compact way of giving a double bass drum sound to a single bass drum setup. Great for touring as they don't have to drag along another bass drum.
Sohum, I don't know if you watch any other reactors on UA-cam, but one of the Maidiacs favorite reactors and VLOG'er is NittPicc. She is a professional musician, music teacher, and high school marching band director. On her UA-cam channel and her Patreon page, she does in-depth analysis of Band-Maid songs with accompanying sheet music. She does an excellent breakdown of the music with musical notation from their sheet music. During her Vlog she really explains music theory and other components of the song. All us Maidiac love it, even though some of are not musicians, because we are learning so much about Kanami's compositional talent.
It's amazing just now much you learn from these docs - A Ka Ne - from what I've read about Japanese, there is no difference in stress for each syllable. Thanks for the reaction.
1:21 Sunglasses, not glasses. 14:20 Both songs in the single CD were composed by Kanami. In fact, those were her debut songs as a professional composer. 17:02 Harman Li interviewed and played with Miku and Kanami: ua-cam.com/video/oS2U9YzaFK8/v-deo.html 22:49 Akane was lipsyncing to Saiki's singing😏
If you're promoting PEACE AND LOVE I believe it might behoove you to listen to PEACE AND LOVE from Cluppo's Hattoful album. (Miku's solo project). I think you might like it.
Torry Castellano, drummer for The Donnas, suffered from a number of repetitive stress injuries and had to retire after 15 years. She was a lot of fun to watch. Thankfully Akane improved her technique and has been healthy. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torry_Castellano
The way you’ve been saying her name is fine, actually. Closer to native. The way the narrator said it is kind of good enough for English speakers, because at least the vowels are right, but it is more English style intonation.
In my opinion, she did that because it sounds more rhythmic. When we chanted her name in Bochum in the summer of 2019 before she performed her first public drum solo, she corrected us first. "My name is Akane, I like Ramen" ua-cam.com/video/8Nq_reJB4SY/v-deo.html
💛
The clip with Akane singing. She just mimed, it was Saiki singing.
okay i was wondering if it was mimed, but her actions looked so real
@@Sohum I fell for it myself.
Yes, Herman Lee "auditioned" to join the band....😉
Thank You for not cropping the video. It's so much better to watch than the last one!
No problem 😊

It looks super efficient too to play

About soba noodles, each bowl is a mouthful.
Maximum The Hormone is phenominal. The most influential metal band in Japan.

Great way to start off a Sunday!
Thanks once again #Sohum for your classy reactions. 🙂
My pleasure 😊

Side note: currently everyone in the band except Miku has learned piano
Most musicians start off 9n piano. It's an excellent instrument to learn to learn about music on.
Akane A-chan DJ Achi!
Akane; my favorite maid! (gorilla)😎👌
The only one who I haven’t seen wear glasses is Kanami-san.
I could have sworn I'd seen Kanami in glasses while doing something on a computer but it looks like I'm wrong.
@ I’m positive she wears corrective eyewear. I just haven’t seen it personally. They could all afford laser eye surgery but none has done it.
Crap i totally missed this, thanx for adjusting the video
I've heard Miku pronounce it during an Okyiuji...AH-KAH-NEH

@joki5346 Good to know!👍
Sure, and there’s not much accent when she says it… but if there is any, IMO, it’s on the second syllable.
All the Maids wear eyeglasses, as do the majority of Japanese people, because lots of studying.
